The fruit of hard work

Two friends Ali and Aslam lived in the same village. Ali was very religious and understood God very well. While Aslam was very hardworking. Once the two together bought a useless land. On which he wanted to cultivate his crop and make his home.

Aslam worked hard in the field but Ali did nothing and only prayed to God for a good harvest. Similarly, time passed. After a while, the field crop was ripe and ready.

The crop was taken to the market and sold and they got good money. As soon as he came home, Aslam told Ali that he would get more money because he had worked harder in the fields.

Hearing this, Ali said that I should get more money from you because I prayed to God and then we got a good harvest. Nothing is possible without God. When they could not resolve the issue, they went to the village chief to distribute the money.

After listening to their words, the chief gave each of them a bag of rice mixed with pebbles. Sardar said that by tomorrow morning both of you will have to separate rice and pebbles from it and then I will decide who will get more than this amount.

They both went home with sacks of rice. Aslam stayed up all night separating rice and pebbles. But Ali went to the mosque with a sack of rice and kept praying to God to separate the pebbles from the rice.

The next day, Aslam took as much rice and pebbles as he had taken and went to the Sardar. The chief was happy to see this. Ali came to Sardar with a sack of Wasi.

Sardar asked Ali to show him how much rice he had cleaned. "I have full faith in God that all the rice will be clean," Ali said. When the sack was opened, the rice and the pebbles were the same.

Sardar told Ali that God helps only when you work hard. The landlord gave a large portion of this money to Aslam. After that Ali also started working hard in the field like Aslam and this time his crop was better than before.

"The moral lesson of the story"

We learn from this story that God also helps those who work hard.
