Adding DDR Outdoor Sport Centre on the OpenStreetMap

I was actually surprised on seeing this OpenStreetMap. Easy to navigate and work on. I actually see it was an aid to getting the exact location of places on Steem-atlas. The excitement on my face can't be expressed in words. I even saw the roof of my house on this map. So demure. With this OpenStreetMap, I was able to add DDR Outdoor Sport Centre on Steem Atlas. Here are the steps I took to make this possible.

I logged into the map site using this link. I was requested to create an account by signing up. After signing up, I saved the password for my logins. Logging in reflected an enlarged map that covers a wide area, but individual houses can't be visible here, just roadmaps. I search for the sport centre to see if anyone has reviewed the place. No one did, so it was vacant. How did I add it?

I clicked on the edit icon at the top of my phone and then edited it using ID. After clicking on this, I traced the location I want to pin using Google Maps as a guide. I got the street and then traced it to the sports centre for outdoor activities. It was just so easy to navigate, as I knew the rooftops of visible houses. Compared to the roadmaps display, I could get the exact location of this place, as it's not visible on Steem-atlas.

After getting my location, I clicked on the Point icon to pin the location on the map. It was placed immediately and gave me space for adding details to the place I pinned. Features like the reference code were shown. I searched for the reference code of the place and added it. I added the name as DDR Outdoor Sport Centre to show that it's different from but close to the gym.

I added details like the hours spent on a daily basis and fees. After adding these details, the name reflected on the map. I uploaded and added a comment before uploading, and then it was successfully added. To check, I searched for a place on Steem-atlas, and it took me exactly to this place. So I won't have to be straining my eyes, looking for roadmaps and comparing on Google Maps and then tracing it without even being 100% sure that you pinned the exact roof.
