Meet the VOS-25 Judges and Sponsors — Judging Guidelines for our Judges

I bring you good news. Our Blind Audition Stage ended on the 31st of July and throughout the hunt process, we got a couple of sponsors and judges who opted to be part of the competition. In the process of searching for judges, I encountered Steemians who said that they can't be judges because they can't sing. Yeah, it's actually true but guidelines would be given. These guidelines would serve as marking schemes for you to judge a particular person. That's the essence of this post.
It would have been an impossible mission to detect who's a singer as we have a large audience on steemit and most people don't state what they do on their profile. A few others are shy of singing as they feel nobody may like their voice or maybe, it won't get supported. In the search for sponsors, I got a few helping hands which I'm still grateful for. Their delegations would last for a month when the 3 winners are announced. The competition is getting tensed up everyday. Who do you think will win?

I decided to seek for judges who would help me evaluate the contestants as they sing. It wasn't easy reaching out to people who would opt to take this position. Currently, there's a great need for Venezuelan judges as we have none but 2 good Venezuelan contestants. Are judges are shown below.

The following Steemians are the VOS-25 judges. VOS means Voice of Steemit which is the name of this competition. We have judges from Nigeria, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Quite interesting. I want to appreciate all of them for volunteering to act as judges. Some may be wondering, how do they judge fairly when we have contestants from different countries?. Let me list the judges. So these are our Judges, judges I was able to reach out to. This competition will help unite Steemians around the world and bring them together. What are they to do during the competition. In the competition, we have the following stages. They'll only be needed in 4 stages while the audience has the remaining stages.

Guidelines to guide you as a judge |

Judges are teamed up, no team has judges from the same country. This is because we want everything to be fair and we all have different tastes. So that's why I created a team of 6 for this purpose.
- For the month of August, judges would be entitled to evaluate all contestants at first, then 2 or 3 once a week when they perform
Judges would be taken good care of. It could be in Steems or beneficiary setup
Judges would be given the original song the contestant would sing and then a video of the contestants entry to compare the tone if it rhymes
A group have been created for judges to communicate with the host
Judges aren't allowed to reveal the scores until it's time of announcement
Judges can create posts regarding the competition as to how they judge and scored a particular contestant only when the results have been announced for that stage

Thanks for asking! I am making a video singing a song in my voice but compiling clips from free clips sites. I will appear in the video in starting and in the end though! Is that okay?
