Its another holiday, this time i have my nieces and nephew around it has been all fun. Everyday has an engaging activty that keeps everybody happy without any boring moments.

There has been lots of story time from My neices and nephew who tells me lots of stories of all that happened in their school, about their friends and other random stories.

So a few days back we decided to try out something i love doing, which is baking. We made some pastries that we will be snacking on at home and we made enough for everyone.

We made meatpies and cupcakes. I use "We" hahahahah because the process was a combined happy effort.

The meat pie process was not a difficult one, i have my dough and sauce. The meatpie cutter made it easier fast.

Kids love cup cakes its was there best among the two, they were active and involved in the process. they helped out in arranging the pans.

Same here the cup cake looks good, inviting and yummy.

I have always loved baking, it gives me room and opportunity to try out new recipes, techniques and creative ways to make delicious snacks.

Moreover, because am a sucker for family i love entertaining and satisfying their bellies with mouth watering food and snacks. Most importantly having people around who enjoys eating it makes me happy and motivated to do more.

Also, its satisfying when i put in my baking skills to action and it comes out looking good, delicious and perfect.

Will keep you updated on more of our activities carried out during this holiday period.
