🐝 How I Became a True Beeliver 🐝

Let me just say this first — if you opened this post thinking I’m about to confess that I’ve joined one new spiritual movement or that I’m now a diehard Justin Bieber fan, abeg shift small and calm down 😄.

When I say I’m now a Beeliver, it’s not that I’ve started farming bees or producing honey in my backyard in Uyo. In fact, if I see a real bee buzzing near me, I’ll probably run like someone that just saw NEPA cut light in the middle of a Champions League final.

But yeah, you read the title right — I’ve become a Beeliver. And trust me, the journey that brought me here wasn’t one of worship, music or even insects. It was a journey that started with simple ignorance, then small confusion, then plenty excitement. The funny thing is, I didn't even know when the whole bee thing started making sense in my head.

Now, before you start judging me, let me tell you something that might shock you…

🗓️ I joined Bee Network 446 days ago — in May 2024 to be precise.

That was when I created my Bee Network account, even though I didn’t fully understand the project at the time. I just downloaded the app because my course rep was disturbing me like someone that was trying to sell insurance.

But that’s not all. Since then, I’ve completed my KYC (which is a kind of identity verification), and I’ve even subscribed to the social media platforms they recommended. What started like play has now become something I’m genuinely proud of — because I’ve seen growth, updates, and a clear vision from the Bee Network project.

🧑🏽‍🎓 The Beginning — My Crypto Course Rep

You see, it all started with my course rep. A sharp, no-nonsense guy who doesn’t play with his studies, but also doesn't joke with crypto. If you’re in my department and you hear him say “this thing go blow,” just know it’s either a new coin or a fresh project. If he says "this one go cook" just know that the project is a sure project that must pay out. I don't need words to explain how good he is. Just look at his sage. The stuff he hangs on this neck you'll see his popular name, "web3pr0f"

He introduced me to Bee Network — said it was the future, said we could mine easily with our phones, said it was free. But me being me, I just nodded like those students who say “noted” in class but never open the material.

I thought, "Another one? We never even recover from those coin projects we tried last semester.” So I ignored it. I wasn’t ready to start clicking buttons every 24 hours just to mine one thing I couldn’t even explain.

💃🏽 Then I Met Her — The Queen of the Bee Crypto

Everything changed the day I met this lady — let’s just call her the Queen of the Bee Crypto. She wasn't just talking for vibes — this woman was speaking results.

She told me how she mined over 10,000 Pi back when everyone was still doing trial and error. Meanwhile, some of us were struggling to even reach 100 Pi. But her secret wasn’t luck — she joined early and worked like someone who knew where she was heading. That was the secret. She took it seriously from day one.

Then she told me something that shook me.
She said, “I sold 1,000 Pi for 1 million naira.”

She told me how she used the money to stock her house with foodstuffs and even bought a beautiful carpet for her living room. In that moment, I stopped seeing Bee Network as just another app. I started seeing it as an opportunity. Her success hit me like thunder in a quiet room.

She didn’t stop there. She gave me a list of many ice projects I could still join. She said the ice projects she was giving me and probably the Bee, might be late for some, but if I’m serious and consistent, I can still make something out of it. I left that shop that day with a burning desire to make it with at least just one project. Just one. That’s all I asked for. That's why till today, I'm careful not to engage in too many projects so that I can focus on the few. Afterall I understand myself. I know my weak point.

🌍 The Divine Encounter — How I Met Her

Now here’s the real plot twist — I wasn’t even supposed to meet her that day.

My dad’s mechanic had sent me to help him buy recharge card. Simple errand. I checked all the regular places around but none of them had what I was looking for. So I wandered to a roadside shop close to the Road Safety office — and that’s where I saw her.

The funny part? She looked so familiar. I honestly thought she was one of the teachers from University of Uyo International Secondary School (UISS) where I did my second teaching practice. So I asked her, “Do you have a sister that teaches there?” She laughed and said no. That’s when I realized… this woman wasn’t someone I had ever met.

I think she said she was from a different state entirely, yet she spoke Akwa Ibom fluently. Maybe she grew up here, I don’t know. But she looked like someone who had experienced life. Maybe around 35, or even close to 40. A full-grown woman with a full-grown wisdom. Maybe she could be around 45 years of age but non of that matters at all.

And honestly, I believe God sent her to me.
As a science student that I am, there's a pattern of life I keep observing day by day. Until you meet a neutral person — someone who isn’t your course rep, your friend, or your roommate — telling you the same thing you’ve been hearing, it won’t sink in.
And this makes me remember the saying, "a prophet is not respected in his own hometown". That was how I became a true Beeliver.

Since then, I stopped just mining Bee… I started living inside the hive.

I don’t miss mining sessions anymore. I watch ads to boost my mining speed. I even started monitoring news and rumors about project listings. That’s how serious it became.

📊 My Results Don’t Lie — The Proof of My Beelief

To show you how deep my beelief runs, let me give you some real stats:

My course rep, who introduced me to Bee Network, joined on September 2023 — 686 days ago.

I joined 8 months after him, in May 2024 — 446 days ago.

He has minted 334 times with a team of 27.

And I have minted only 232 times, with a team of 15.

Now here’s the twist…

I have 6,311 Bee points, while he has 4,850 Bee points.

How?

Because I became intentional. I went from passive to passionate. I started seeing Bee not just as an app, but as a mission. And when you add passion to any project, results will surely show. And this in no way implies that he is being serious too, he his! He does more projects more than myself. I'm just a newbie in the system.

There’s even a rumor about Bee listing in November this year. I don’t know if it’s true, but as for me — until that listing day comes, I will never stop mining. I will never leave the Hive.

💡 Final Words: Don't Just Join — Build With It

Let me say this from the depth of what I’ve learned:

Finding a crypto project that will succeed is not enough — the key is to join early and grow with it.

A lot of people wait for projects to become popular before they join. But by then, the mining speed is low, the opportunities have dropped, and the excitement has gone.

That woman mined so much Pi not because she was lucky, but because she was consistent from the very beginning.
She joined when others were laughing. She mined when the app was still buggy. And that’s how she cashed out.

So if you find a promising project today, don’t just watch — work with it.
Don’t just register and relax — contribute, learn, engage.
Because the Hive doesn’t reward noise. It rewards Beelievers.
