Healthy and natural living
Admirable friends in this Steem kids and parents community, gooday to all of you. I am delighted and happy today, because I would love to talk about health and natural living. So let's have a little discussion.
Healthy and natural living
As an old man a good healthy and natural living is required to live long. Abstinence from junk foods and other unhealthy recipes, should be kept. Even if one decides to enjoy a little junk food, a percussion is to be taken to avoid the weakness it may bring to the body. In old age, the intake of sugary things should be reduced to avoid diabetes. Weakness often comes with old age and a person's bone strength reduces when he or she is getting old. That is why, it is better to do things when a person is young than he or she is old. For example a young man or women should partake in physical activities like
- Keeping fit
- engaging in sports
Physical activities boosts the production of our internal system or organs, a good physical activity ensures a good and healthy life. Young men and women that are soon to turn old should reduce the intake of junk food, sandy food, sugar and many other unhealthy foods. On the other hand nutritious food that are rich in proteins, carbohydrates and the other classes of food should be taken regularly to boost our immune system, and this helps our immune system to fight against diseases while we are young and when we are old.
In conclusion a healthy life and a natural living is needed to avoid the carrying of various old aged diseases, such as
Stroke ,which is the whole or part paralysis of a person's body
Diabetes, too much intake of sugar
And many other risky disease. So it is better now most people are still young that they keep fit, cause it will help them when they grow old.
Remember "A HEALTHY LIVING IS A LIFE WORTH LIVING".
