Sing the Song Challenge 7

Hello Steemians

I am delighted to start my first post. In my first post, I will be participating in a song contest challenge in steem kids and parents community. A big shout out to the all those in the community and thanks to @bossj23 the organizer of the contest, I appreciate your effort.

Briefly tell us about the song and the author

First of all I will start by saying that this was the first musical film I ever watch it was quite interesting, I have all of it. Can I Have This Dance was featured in the movie High School Musical 3, release in 2008. The song is performed by Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens . The song was written by Matthew Gerrard and Robbie Nevil.
The song is a sweet melody song where Zac and Venessa share a dance that shows that they're in a relationship. Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens are the actors who played the lead roles in High School Musical, not the authors of the song "Can I Have This Dance".
The actual songwriters are Matthew Gerrard and Robbie Nevil

Was it difficult singing the song

I would say yes because the key I use in singing the song was a bit high. If I used a better or a favourable key, it would have been okay

What did you admire about the artiste way of singing

I would say the way they sang the song without any form of oh the key of the song is too high. Also the way they dragged the song before ending it was wonderful to me I really loved it

Which part was difficult and how did you overcome it

There was no part that was difficult to me to sing.
Anytime I want to go into singing competition I make sure I avoid oily foods, things that contains oil. I do practice very very well before it sing, singing everyday help very well there by training your voice so that's how I overcome it and that's my secret

Which part of the song really touched you?

This line was very touching “It's like catching the lightning the chances of finding someone like you… it's one in a million the chances of feeling the way we do and with every step together, we just keep on getting better so can I have this dance?

Do you enjoy singing plain or adding riffs to enhance your voice?

I enjoy singing it plain, in fact singing it plain is the best for me
