Stretches : Reduce Injury Risk, Stay Relax Through Stretch
Dear fitness lovers; I believe y'all are enjoying your morning, fitness commence in the morning and it's always a fun art to incorporate.
After exercise come stretch, stretch is very vital and every fitness enthusiastic/athlete should consider it before closing a workout session, actually there are two types of stretch: Dynamic and static stretch.
Dynamic stretch is a type of stretch that involves moving your body joints in a certain seconds/ minutes; this type of stretch keeps you active, reduce the risk of injury and keeps your muscles prepared for exercise.
Static Stretch is a type of stretch that allows you to hold a stretch for a given seconds or minutes, this type of stretch promote both flexibility, mobility and most importantly, it calm the muscles.
Dynamic stretch is a form of warm up exercise, therefore it can be incorporate before the main exercise commence whereas the static stretch keeps your muscles relaxed; as such, static stretch is done after exercise.
After a complete fitness session with my fellow fitness lovers; i did the usual, I mean I introduce some major body stretches to them. With the soothing environment; the Stretch was slow, gentle, tense but yet relief.
I made sure that every new steps was enjoyable and beneficial to everyone, everyone went in accordance and every steps were important, worried about the stretch programs? Below are the after workout pictures and a six minutes video.
