The Arbalest is a powerful and highly advanced Mobile Suit in the Gundam SEED anime series.
When Mu La Flaga enters the Arbalest, they fuse together as if he were one with the suit.
He makes use of the suit's combat capabilities, equipped with some advanced weaponry like beam sabres and a shield, which also increases the pilot's manoeuvrability and speed.

What is needed for the drawing

To draw an Arbalest, I needed the following materials.

HB Pencil	1	For Shading
0.5 mm Pencil	1	For sketching

Guess what! I got a new pack of colours and will be testing it in this week's anime drawing challenge.

Drawing Procedure

Step 1 [Preparing the Canvas]

I used an A4 paper as my drawing canvas. I started the process with my username and today's date. 8th July 2025.

Step 2 [Guidelines and structure]

A guideline will help determine the Arbalest posture and the area of the paper it would occupy. Basically, the guideline helps scale the drawing on the paper.

The guidelines look like a very tall stick man.

Step 3 [Adding Metal on the framework]

With the help of the skeletal frameworks, I have positioned the hands and the upper body of the Arbalest. The sketched frameworks are gradually transforming

Step 4 [Erasing Guideline Segments]

Now the whole structure is clearly defined, remove excess or overlapping lines.

Step 5 [Shading, detailing and colouring]

All blue segments of the suit got coloured.

I shaded the purple segments of the suit

Step 6 [Finishing details]

Now the colouring is completed,
