This is how I prepare my easy cooking item.

Moong dhal recipe varieties
Very nutritious and protein-rich items, especially for children
Simple to prepare and easy to eat for both young and old.

Base item:
Once the base item is cooked and ready, it can be converted/extended to various recipes, for both young and old.

Ingredients
Moong dhal - 1 cup

Preparation/cooking
Take the dhal in a bowl and add water just enough to cover it. Boil for a few minutes. The dhal is cooked for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Once the dhal is cooked, the base is ready.

Recipe 2: Salty dhal

recipe 3: Tomato dhal
With the base dhal, add one or two tomatoes, add some more water, and cook. Add salt and serve
Recipe 4: Hot dhal
Add 1 or 2 green chilies to the base dhal and boil for a few minutes. Add a pinch of salt and serve as a hot dhal mix.
Recipe 5: Onion dhal
Add a few chopped onions and boil for a few minutes. If needed, Red chili can be added and boiled. Add a pinch of salt, stir well, and serve.
