The Diary Game: My Monday Mishaps, A Tale Of Exams And Shopping(08-09-2025)

Hello everyone, trust you're good? I am good myself, welcome to my @purpleidy23 blog. Let's see what I have for y'all today, let's talk about Monday. Yesterday, I managed to get out of bed by 8:37 and this was when I received a call from my friend @nhiemfon001 asking if I'm in school, I got out of bed and rushed into the bathroom to take my bath. My exam was slated for 7am and I was just waking up by past 8am? Oh no! I took my bath and rushed off to the main road to board a bus to school and luckily, there were many buses on the road despite it being a rainy morning.

I got to the school and walked down to my examination center, when I got there, I met lots of students sitting under the tent waiting for their department to be called so they could go in and write their exams. I joined the list of the students waiting and I was happy when I saw my course lecturer coming out from the exams center thinking, his exams has been uploaded in the computer and we'll finally write it but I was wrong! Few hours later, I read a message in my class group asking us to go that our exams has been cancelled and shifted to Thursday. I almost went crazy!!! Why would they make me waste money on transport to school and even leave the house without breakfast only to hear exams has been cancelled??

I was angry and didn't know who to channel the anger to, whether my course representative who made a post saying we should come out for the exams or my friend who called to remind me of the exams. I took a walk out of the school premises to a junction where I'll board a bus back home. While walking to the junction, I saw a shop where they were having their clearance sales and the prices I saw was affordable and I went in and picked few things before boarding a bus back home.

On slighting from the bus, I gave the driver money and he told me he doesn't have change. I waited for him to find change but when I noticed, he truly didn't have any change, I got the money from him and bought cucumber at the fruit stand that was close to the junction I alighted. The vendor gave me change and I handed it to the driver and went my way, I got home and began to check out the outfits I bought and they fitted perfectly.

I had my lunch and went to bed, it was raining heavily and I wrapped myself with about three wrappers. I woke up in the evening and began to watch movie, there's this movie I just downloaded though I've seen it before but I wanted to watch it again. When it became dark, I took a hot bath and begin to post down my diary.

After writing my diary, my friend came with his own movie and asked that I join him in watching the movie. He was preparing something in the kitchen and when it was ready, he served it while we continued watching movie. I went to bed around 1am, that's my Monday in print.
