◦•●◉✿Hi Steem Kids & Parents!✿◉●•◦

Hello friends! Are you feeling well? Hope you are doing fantastic. Today I am going to talk about an interesting and horror incident in my life. This will be great fear and fun. Are you ready for horror story?

A horror night in my life

It was a cold night of winter season. The kind of night when silence feels louder than sound. I was alone in my room, sipping tea and watching horror movie wrong turn. I am not the kind of person who gets scared easily , that’s what I used to think.

That night, I clicked on a horror film and this is someone had recommended me for watching. It was about a girl who could walk through walls. Yes, walk through walls. She had no expression, no voice just blank white eyes, messy hair and a slow twisted neck that cracked every few seconds. It felt silly at first, until she appeared out of a wall in one scene and stared directly at the screen.

Something about her stare shook me. It did not look like acting. It looked, personal.
Trying to laugh it off, I said out loud,
“These are just effects. Nothing real.”
But as soon as I paused the movie to go refill my cup, I heard a tap… tap… tap…
It was not the door.
It was not the window.
It was the wall right behind me.
My entire body froze. I turned around slowly. Nothing was there. Just the wall, plain as always. I tried to shake it off and sat back down.

And then it happened again.
Tap… tap… tap…
But this time, it came from inside the cupboard.
I walked over, pretending to be brave. My fingers were cold and I could hear my heart beat. I opened the cupboard slowly.
Nothing.
But inside was a strange smell like damp earth mixed with old iron. A smell I remembered clearly from a scene in the movie.

I looked at my phone. The screen was black. I did not remember turning it off. When I touched it, the movie resumed on its own but it wasn’t the same scene. It was new. One I had not seen before.
The camera moved around a room. The walls looked familiar. The bed, the curtains, the carpet.
It was my room.
Suddenly, that same girl appeared in the scene. She turned her head slowly toward the camera and whispered,
“You brought me here.”
I swear I felt the temperature drop. My lights flickered. A cold breeze brushed past my face but the windows were closed.

I dropped my phone. It landed face down. I did not pick it up.
I did not sleep that night. I left the lights on. Every hour, I looked at the wall, wondering if I had see her again.
But she never showed up.
Still, the sound of those three taps has not left my memory.

Tap… tap… tap…

Now I have made a rule for myself.
No horror movies. Especially not alone. Especially not at night.
Because sometimes, the story does not stay in the screen.
Are you have any incident in your life my friends?
