Writing Expedition ✍️ 08 : Have Fun while Writing! (Three Outstanding Pictures)

Hello Steemkids and Parents

For a long time I haven't created a post like this under this contest, I was always creating diary game, power up and posts related to to sports. This time around I have decided to create this kind of post. There are alot of outstanding pictures in my phone gallery and I will talk about another three next time so let's focus on the ones for today as I'm about to describe them.

FIRST

These are Law students in Rivers State University for a particular year. I have forgotten the exact year they are but this picture was taken this month. In Nigeria Law students are often seen wearing Black and white corporate outfit to school each time they go to school as this is their standard. If you look carefully you will notice all the students are putting on black and white.

In that same university Medicine and Surgery students do wear White and Ash and Medical Laboratory students do wear White and Navy blue. I'm sure there are other departments that wears uniform. Students look good when they wear uniform that's one of the reasons uniform is compulsory in Primary and secondary schools here in Nigeria.

SECOND

This is my friend Oscar who's also an Altar Server like me and as you can see he's wearing a vestment in this picture. He took this picture last week Sunday as the liturgical colour for that day was red while the liturgical colour for yesterday which was also Sunday, was green. My friend is a fashion designer too and he's very great in this field, I have patronized him before and he served me well.

We are active Altar Servers and we have our own personal reasons why we are always serving mass. This is a part of our life that has to do with us and God. Is not easy to be an Altar Server in the catholic church but we live the role and we always make sure we preform our duties properly. I have been an Altar Server for more than 6 years and there have never been a time I was inactive even when on of the fingers in my left hand was in a bad state. Then I was just coming for rehearsals but I wasn't serving mass till my finger got better.

THIRD

This is one of my executives who's also an Altar Server but he has not been active for some months due to school activities. I'm the president of the association and he's the vice president. He successfully wrote his final exams in the university last week Friday and that was a very memorable day for him. Not just him, one of my executives who's our provost also signed out that day.

That day the students signing out wore white t-shirt/polo and after their exam alot of people signed on their t-shirt/polo. There was a massive celebration that day and I was really happy for them because I know it wasn't easy at all. I just hope this guy and our provost who both signed out last week will be active in the Altar Servers association in my church from the ending of this month at least.
