I hope you all are doing well. Today i am very happy to join this beautiful contest about "Kindness." I believes that kindness is the most powerful tool in the world. A kind heart can make others smile remove pain and change lives. In this post i will share my thoughts and some personal experiences about kindness. I hope you will enjoy reading it.

Do you think we should help others in trouble?

Yes i truly believe we should always help others when they are in trouble. We don’t know what someone is going through in their life. Maybe they just need one kind word or a small act of help to feel better. Helping someone doesn’t mean you have to give money you can help with your time your words or just by listening to them. When we help others we also feels peace and happiness inside it makes the world a better places. I think kindness is like a light. When you share it it lights up your heart and also the heart of the person you help.

Someone helped you in trouble?

Yes many times in my life peoples helped me in difficult times one special moment i remember was when i was sick and needed to go to the hospital. My family was not at home and i was feeling very weak. At that time one of my neighbors who is like an aunty to me came to my home. She saw me and quickly took me to the hospital. She stayed with me for hours until my mother came. I was so touched by her kindness she did not think twice before helpings me. That day i felt that true kindness still exists in this world.

Any special incident which changed your life

Yes i want to share one incident that changed my thinking and my heart. One day i saw a little boy sitting near the market. He looked hungry and sad. I had some extra food with me so i gave it to him he smiled and said “thank you” in such a sweets way that it touched my heart deeply. After that day i started keeping an extra food pack with me whenever i go outside. Helping that little boy changed me from inside. Now i try to help poor people whenever i can by giving food clothes or even just talking to them kindly. That one moment made me a more kind and caring person.

Kindness doesn’t need money power or fame. Its only needs a soft heart and a helping hand. I believes if we all do one kind act every day the world will become full of love and peace. Lets all spreading kindness wherevers we go. Thank you for reading my post. Stay happy and kind always♥️.
