Hope everyone are well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah.I am also very well by the grace of the Almighty Allah,Alhamdulillah for that.I am a teacher by profession, a volunteer blood donor. I am a housewife, and alongside that, I am a student and a blogger.Wishing all the members of this community are having a great day. Today I’m here to participate in the contest One picture, A thousand stories... Contest by @fortwis09 competition run by Steem Kids & Parents community I am very happy to be able to participate in this competition.

I took this photo yesterday afternoon when I went to the roof to plant trees. The sapling you see in my hand is a spinach sapling that I planned to plant in my rooftop garden. Planting trees is one of my hobbies, but due to not having enough time and finding it difficult to go up and down the roof, I hardly plant most of the time.
Tree planting is an important issue in the present time. The significance of tree planting is immense for maintaining environmental balance, combating climate change, and improving the quality of human life. Trees absorb carbon dioxide and provide oxygen, which improves air quality. Additionally, trees prevent soil erosion, help in preventing landslides and floods, and play a crucial role in biodiversity preservation. The wood, fruits, and other materials obtained from trees can be sold for economic benefits. Moreover, tree planting plays an important role in the tourism industry as well.
Tree plantation is gradually disappearing from our habits. Trees are constantly intertwined with our lives. They provide us with fruits, leaves, wood, and many other things. Trees absorb harmful gases, like carbon dioxide, from the earth and release oxygen into the air, which is essential for the survival of humanity and all animals and birds. Oxygen is invaluable for every human and living being; without oxygen, no creature, including humans, can survive.
What we teach our children from a young age is what they will learn as they grow up. Therefore, I believe every parent should engage in good practices that allow their child to be involved and learn. As the number of trees and plants decreases day by day, global warming is on the rise, which scientists believe may put our human race and animal life in extreme danger in the future. I think we should all plant trees and encourage those around us to do the same.
I read a proverb in a science book in my early childhood, and the proverb is, |

The habit of planting trees, in urban societies today, is dying a slow death. Trees are a friend to man, however, they offer fruit, leaves, wood, and even clean oxygen, What we use in our day to day lives. I really feel that this awareness should be instilled from a young age. Children will be raised on the habits they absorb. Thank you.
