Because I am good at making recipes in different ways. Today I will participate in the recipe contest in the Steem Kids and Parents community. So let's get started.
Kachur Lathi Recipe with Hilsa Fish
Today I will share with you a very nutritious and delicious recipe. This recipe is also inexpensive. It looks very tempting and tastes great. Kachur lati is available almost everywhere in our region throughout the year. This Kachur lati tastes great with Hilsa fish. Kachur lati can be cooked in different ways with Hilsa fish. However, for me, it tastes unique when cooked in the following way.
What I need to make this recipe is given below.

Preparation method:
- First step: First, cut, wash and clean the khachur leaves. Then, cut the salted hilsa, onion and garlic into small pieces.

- Second step: Now, cut, wash and fry the jackfruit seeds for 5 minutes. Then, fry the leaves for 2 to 3 minutes.

- Third step: Now, wash the jackfruit seeds and leaves again thoroughly with clean water.

- Fourth step: Heat oil in a pot on the stove and add chopped garlic and onion and stir lightly.

- Fifth step: Then add the hilsa pieces and stir lightly again. Then add all the spices in the required quantity and add a little water and grind for a while.

- Sixth step: Once it is ground, add the kachu leaves and stir for a while and add the jackfruit seeds. Then grind well.

- Seventh step: Do not add any water here. Stir very skillfully with a spoon every now and then so that it does not burn at the bottom. Cook until the curry water dries up. Stir with lemon leaves a little before serving.
