Assalamu Alaikum everyone, I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah, I am also well, Alhamdulillah. Welcome to my post, today I will share with you a delicious and tasty Rasmalai recipe. Rasmalai is my personal favorite sweet, so today I will show you how to make it easily and healthily. So let's share the recipe with you step by step......!

- First, to make Rasmalai, I will prepare the curd, for this I will put the milk on the stove and keep stirring it well. When I see that the milk has become thick, I will mix 1 teaspoon of vinegar with 1 teaspoon of water and add it to the milk. Then after stirring it a little, you will see that the milk has turned into curd, at this time I will pour cold water from the refrigerator into this curd, so that the curd will remain soft and will not be hard.

- Then I will immediately take the curd down and drain them on a cloth. When they are cooked, I will wrap the curd in a cloth and leave them to drain for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I will take the curd on a plate and mix them well with 2 teaspoons of powdered milk. After mixing, I will make small balls of the curd and make them like sweets.

- Then I will put a cup of water and half a cup of sugar in a pan on the stove. I will make a syrup of sweets by stirring for some time and then I will add the sweets one by one. After adding the sweets, I will cover them with a lid for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, when I see that the sweets have swelled and grown, I will lower the temperature and leave them for 1 hour.

- Then to make malai, I will put a pan on the stove and add sugar to it to make caramel, when the caramel is done, I will pour a cup of milk into it and then keep stirring for a while. After stirring, I will add condensed milk and powdered milk to it and keep stirring for a while.

- When I see that the milk has boiled, I will remove the sweets soaked in syrup and stir it lightly, after stirring, I will remove a ball from the malai and take it down. Then I will leave the rasmalai to rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

- Then I will take it out of the refrigerator and let it cool down. Our juicy and tasty rasmalai is more or less liked by everyone, even those who do not like sweets and those who do, so if you want, you can also make and eat this delicious sweet at home.
