I strong believe everyone is doing quite well and enjoying good life. Alhamdulillah, myself is good. Skin is very sensitive part of our body. Skin care is really important to feel happy and good look. In this blog , I am happy to share my personal routine and tips with you. Ready for learn more.
◉How do I understand my skin type, and what kind of skin care routine should I follow accordingly?
I was not know my skin type before. One day, I washed my face and did not apply anything. After one hour, I noticed my skin felt rough and dry. That day I realized I have my skin dry. My friend Ali did the same and his forehead was oily, but her cheeks were fine.

So he has combination skin. This was a simple trick. Now I use a good cream for dryness. I avoid soaps that make skin rough. We have to know about our skin. It is really helpful. When we know our skin, then choosing right product become so easy.

◉What steps should be in the daily skin care routine (such as: cleansing, moisturizing, sunscreen)?
My routine for daily skin care is very simple but it works fine for me. Every morning, I wash my face with fair and lovely face wash. I am not use strong soaps. When I felt my face dry, I apply a low moisturizer like cold cream. At the time of going outside, I always use sun protection cream.

This protect my skin all day. At night, I clean my face again with rose water(Arq e gulab). I apply aloe vera gel before bed abou after half an hour , I This routine keeps my skin glowing and fresh. I do not use too many products. Only simple steps, done every day, really make a difference.
◉What are the effective and natural ways to reduce acne or blemishes?
In my collage days, I had acne during on my face. I wash my face 4 time in a day and not touch to my face. Next , I started wash my face two time in a day. I used fresh Aloe Vera gel for my face. From that day, Aloe vera gel became my best friend. It cools the skin and slowly reduces spots. I also used watet of rose at night like a toner. Drinking more water and eating fruits really helped me.
I stopped eating fried and spicy food. Once a week, I steamed my face to open pores. I never mess pimples. In few days, my skin improved and pimple disappeared. These natural tricks take time but worked without harming the my skin. Now my face is completely fine.
◉What should I do for facial care before going to bed at night?
Before sleeping, I always clean my face. If I wore sunscreen or went outside, I use rose water with cotton to wipe my face. Then I wash face with fresh water and let dry.
Then I apply aloe vera gel and sometime I use slight moisturizering cream. Sometimes I use a little tea tree oil when I see a pimple on my face. I sleep on a clean pillow and avoid touching my face. Night is the best time for skin healing, so I keep my routine calm.

Only clean skin, some care and good sleep make skin better. In morning, my skin feels fresh, glowing and soft.
