How to make bread with rice flour / 15 June 2025
Assalamu Alaikum
I am Shilpi akter, @shilpi55 , from #Bangladesh
How are you all of my friends ? I hope you all are well by the grace of almighty Allah. I am also fine. Today I have brought to you a very important recipe. Which is a traditional pitha of rural Bengal. Which is known as rice bread. Which people eat with different types of meat.
Now I have brought to you how to make bread with rice flour step by step.
The essential things of this recipe:
- Atap rice powder
- Salt
- Water
Making process:
Step 1:
To make rice bread, first you need raw rice. You have to make powder from the raw rice. You have to make this pitha from that powder.
Step 2:
The next step is to boil the rice powder. For this, first take a pot of water and heat it on the stove. Then add a little salt to it. Then add the rice powder to it, stir well and remove from the stove.
Step 3:
In the next step, we form a specific shape using boiled rice flour, balloons, and pidis.
Step 4:
Now, using a thread, cut the shape of the bread into small pieces. Cut the bread slices as shown in the picture below.
Step 5:
Now each para needs to be rolled with the help of a balloon and a rolling pin. For this, cut each para one by one, then dip it in rice flour and roll it slowly.
Step 6:
Now, when all the rotis are ready, first turn on the stove. Then put a pan or griddle on it. Now wait for a while until the griddle is hot. After it is hot, start putting the rotis.
Step 7:
Finally, fry the rotis one by one. Then serve them.
Finally, when the bread is ready, we serve it to eat.
So friends, thank you all for reading the post. I hope you liked the post. I will come back to you with more such beautiful posts.
