How are you, friends? I hope you're doing well, and so am I. Alhamdulillah! Today I'm bringing you a great recipe for my foodie friends, but it's much more beneficial for children. I made khichuri with lau . If you want to know how to make it and all its benefits, I'll share the full recipe with you. Let me show you how I made such a beautiful recipe. ●gourd
● salt
● onion
●green chili
●dried chili powder
● cumin powder
●white oil
●Bay leaf
●Ginger and garlic paste
The Process of recipe
Step 01
First, I took some coarse rice to cook the khichuri. This will make the khichuri very sticky and much more enjoyable to eat. Here I have taken half a kilo of rice.
Then, here I have cut a small amount of gourd into thin slices along with half a kilo of rice.
Step 02
Next, I clean and wash a pan and put it on the stove, and add chopped onion, green chilies, and bay leaves. And after a while, I fry them well in oil.
Then I took all the powdered spices and ginger garlic paste on a plate.
Step 03
Then I pour all the spices into the pan and stir-fry the onion and spices for about two to three minutes.
It's well grated. Here I chopped it and washed it. I'll give the gourds.
Step 04
Then I mix the gourd and spices together again and sauté them well for two to four minutes.
After cooking for a while, the gourds will become soft and release their water. Then I will add the washed parboiled rice here.
Then mix the rice and gourd together well again.
Step 05
After two to five minutes, I will add some water here, but not too much water because some water will come out of the gourd. Then I will test the salt.
Then I will cover it with a lid for about half an hour. During this time, the stove must be kept on medium to low heat.
Step 06
After half an hour, remove the lid and shake it well. Once the mixture is well mixed, the delicious gourd khichuri will be ready. Meanwhile, the khichuri rice will be cooked well. The incomparable and delicious khichuri should be removed from the stove and be ready to serve.
