Evaluation itself is a systematic process for assessing a program, activity, individual, and so on, by collecting and analyzing information to make or review a better decision.

In the world of education itself, Evaluation of learning outcomes is a systematic process for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information about student learning achievements, to measure the extent to which learning objectives have been achieved and provide feedback for improvement.

Purpose of evaluation of learning outcomes

Evaluation of learning outcomes is an integral part of the learning process that aims to:

1. Measuring the Level of Learning Achievement

In this case, teachers can determine the extent to which students have mastered the material and skills taught.

2. Providing Feedback

Each teacher can provide information to students, also about strengths and weaknesses in the learning process, so that improvements can be made.

3. Making Decisions

With the evaluation of learning outcomes, each teacher will certainly be very helpful in making decisions regarding promotions, awards, or further learning interventions for students.

4. Improving the Quality of Learning
