FOOD QUEST; SAPA NOODLES FOR BREAKFAST
My sapa noodles doesn't look like it.
It looks like something I took time to prepare.
Just recipe of a Chef Master 😆😆
I was so hungry this morning after eating 4 oranges last night.
And I was already running late for work. So I had to prepare something quick to eat.
We have this half carton of mimi noodles at home, so I took out two packs to cook. I don't eat that much. So the two would be enough for me. This are the smallest sizes though.
I opened the two packs of the noodles and washed them ,then put into a pot to parboil.
I left it to parboil while I was preparing my ingredients.
VIDEO PREPARATION
I prepared my Scent leave, onion bulb and of course pepper.
The Noodles usually comes with its own spices and seasoning which has pepper in it too.
But I prefer adding some few other things when cooking.
I divided my onion bulb into two parts. One part for seasoning which I cut cut them in cube and strip shape.
While the other was for garnishment.
I cut that one into round shapes.

By this time, my noodles was parboiling,so I turned off the gas, filtered and washed the noodles before returning it into the pot again..
I added water , and the spices, then my chopped onions and pepper. I allowed it to cook for some time.
After that , I added a little drop of vegetable oil in it and stirred up to mix well. I covered it again and left it to cook.
After leaving it to cook for some time, I checked about 5 minutes later and the water inside of the pot was already drying out.
So I added my onions rings , allowed it to cook a bit. And finally added the Scent leaves....
I didn't leave it to cook this time, I brought it down from fire and served myself....
