Assalamu-o-Alikum to all Steemians!! Hopefully everyone will be great here and enjoying healthier and happier life with family and friends.

Here's with going to share today breakfast #recipe which is used to cook for the healthcare of my family. Hopefully my participation will be considered in healthier and delicious for the #healthycooking-s23w4 .


1st Breakfast: Prepare a breakfast with eggs as the main ingredient, identifying the macronutrients present in the dish. (Information in Course #1)

In the early morning, used to take boiled egg and fresh some seasonal fruits and one normal temperature glass of water . It keeps me healthy and energetic and boosting immune system. Fruits good source of nurturing values and eggs provide protein which have healthy impacts.


2nd Breakfast: Make a breakfast with egg as the main ingredient and add a bread substitute. (Information in Course #2)

The second question of the challenge is really favorite for me because we love potato's with egg and some herbs meal in breakfast oftentimes cook in weekend on the demand of my husband and kids. Yes, off course the main ingredient are eggs.

  • Eggs
  • Potato's
  • Onion's
  • Garlic & Ginger cloves
  • Tomatoes
  • Green chillies
  • Coriander leaves
  • Bread

We making this healthy dish, I add the chopped onions in the cooking pot and fried till golden brown and then added paste of tomatoes and garlic and Ginger. I cooked just a minutes then added in spices are salt, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder , chicken powder, red chili powder and kalwanji then cooked for more 2 minutes.

You can see that the all the spices are merged during the cooking. Then I added cutting potatoes and then mixed it well. At the meantime, we will add half cup of water and let them cook for 10 minutes at least. Then we will add eggs and mixed it well. And cooked for more 2 minutes. Now for garnishing, we will sprinkle coriander leaves.

Delicious and healthy potatoes with eggs breakfast is ready. You can serve with bread or chapati


3rd Breakfast: Prepare a breakfast with eggs as the main ingredient, analyzing the ingredients in your dish. (Information in Course #3)

That is most favorite and healthy breakfast for my kids especially. I usually cook it in the evening too along with breakfast too. I just need some important ingredients to complete this healthy cooking.

I have taken one egg, brown and little bit White sugar and then added some quantity of milk and little bit oil. Then mix it well.

I soaked the bread in the mixture of egg , milk and sugar and then cooked from the both sides on the frying pan.

Here is french toast is ready to serve with cup of tea. That's the perfect healthy combination of eggs , bread and milk. All have solid and nutritional values such as protein, carbohydrates, calcium and sugar etc which meets the requirements for the healthy body growth.
