Have you ever seat at your comfort zone and think of something different before, yes to me I have try it before and here is the results.
I was thinking of a different breakfast for the family and the thought of preparing cocoa pancakes comes into my mind and I decided to try it.
Every since I was born I have not tasted cocoa pancakes before and this was my first time of trying it and I believe with my post alot of us might wants to taste it.
The taste is top-notch and the aroma is giving, honestly you have to try this method and thank my later..
My today's recipe was not a regular recipe for pancakes, I came up with something different.
Let's check out the the ingredients which I used in preparing this recipe.
From the picture above you will be able to identify some ingredients, though I will be listing them out for more clarity.
In the trail above I have
✅ Flour
✅ Sugar
✅ Cocoa powder
✅ Sugar
✅ Eggs
✅ Salt
✅ Warm water
✅ Butter
✅ And a boul for mixing
✅ Seasoning cube
✅ Pepper
✅ Carrots & green beans
Before I begin cooking, I first of all create a conducive space for myself, then I get my clean bowl for the mixing, then I added my warm water.
Warm water is good for this recipe because it will help in smoothing the cake.
Then I started with the flour, I have to mix the flour very well so that there will be no scrums, I make it was well mixed using my wooden spoon for the mixture.
When I was done mixing the flour, I added my sugar, salt, seasoning cubes then I mixed them touroughly making sure that the sugar was well dissolve and it was okay to my own satisfaction.
Then I added my cocoa powder to the mixture, I make sure it was well mixed and I added my eggs. Then I try my best to make sure that the eggs were well mixed and it was okay.
Then I added my butter to it. At this point I needed a very soft pancake that's why I added butter and I didn't want to use a lot of oil while frying, so the butter will also help in producing oil to the frying pan.
When I was done mixing, I had to taste it to make sure that everything was in place and I noticed that I didn't add enough pepper to my mixture, so immediately I added dry grounded pepper

And I added carrots, I love adding veggies to my mixture like this, so I slice the carrots in a cubes form and I added it. Then I place my frying pan on the fire and I started frying by scooping one spoon at a time until I finish frying everything.
At this point my breakfast was ready and I serve everyone in the family.
It was well served with a class of milk.

This was a very good meal for the family because we all enjoyed the taste and the aroma. The meal was very heavy meal
