Greetings to all steemians and Sunday wishes to all steemians in Steem Kids and parents community ! How are you all doing it been a while I hope you all are fine as I am. I want to take this minute to thank @steemkidss for organizing this amazing and epic contest. Today I will likely participate in this food challenge contest. I will 😊 likely show my appreciation to the Steem Kids & parents community for making this skillful contest to hold and given all contestants a good opportunity. We are grateful. I really thank the lovely leader and the stakeholders of this community for their support and encouragement. I'm delighted. This morning is full of lovely vibes. Today I was having good time with family and my beloved father want to taste my Akwa Ibom native afang soups then I decided to prepared it and put a lot of effort. You know he taught I can't prepared it because he thinks I don't know how to sliced talk more of cooking a whole pot of soups, so I surprised him by going market and got the afang leaf and other ingredients I used.
Afang leaf, Water leaf 🌿, Red oil, Onion, Salt, Onga cube, Crayfish cube, Dry Fish, Dry Pepper, Crayfish, Stock Fish, Kanda and Garri
The first very steps i took after coming back from market was raising the afang leaf 🌿 and the water leaf separately with a clean water.
The second step I took was drying the afang leaf after then I sliced it and pounded it to be nice.

The next step was slicing my onion and water leaf separately after then I filter my water leaf the reason why I filter my water leaf was to remove the drow from the water leaf.

The forth step I took was washing my stock fish, dry fish and kanda then I cut my kanda and parboiled my stock fish and dry fish with kanda separately then I pounded my crayfish.

The five steps i took was putting my oil inside my pot then I added my ingredients (onion, onga cube, crayfish cube and salt) and then I added my water leaf 🌿 inside the pot and stirred it for a minute then I added my parboiled stock fish after some seconds I then added my afang leaf then I added my dry fish and kanda and stirred then I covered the pot after some seconds I dish out my soap.

In making my garri (starch) I parboiled my water for some seconds after the water most have boiled than I make the garri.
You can try this recipe you will like it. The soup tasted very good and my dad gave me five but said that his wife food is always the sweetest. Well what God has joined together let no man put as under. Good luck
