“Weekly Contest 44 || The Diary Game || A Cozy Day with Art, Coffee, and Family. 🎨
Hello friends
Today I’m really happy to share my day with you — and it’s my first time posting in the Steem Kids & Parents community!
It was a calm and creative day filled with colors, music, and good vibes.
Morning:
I woke up in the afternoon because I had a cold. After that, I performed ablution and prayed. Then I went out to buy some groceries — milk and eggs. The price of milk was 38 Egyptian pounds per kilo, and I bought 2 kilos. Each egg cost 6.30 EGP, and I bought 6 red eggs. When I came back, my mother prepared breakfast for me: boiled eggs and my favorite drink — tea with milk. After breakfast, I played with my little nephew who is 5 months old.
Afternoon:
Later, I prepared my acrylic colors and my painting tools around 4:00 PM. I kept painting while thinking deeply about the next step and looking carefully at the artwork to decide how to continue. Around 6:00 PM, I enjoyed a French coffee (coffee with milk) and continued working on my painting.
Evening:
At night, around 8:00 PM, I had dinner with my family — fried potatoes, fried eggs, and cheese. After dinner, I worked on editing a video of a painting I made before — it’s a cat painting, and I’m happy to share it here. The video is included below 🎥.
After finishing the editing, I prayed and spent some quiet time reflecting on my art and ideas for my next work.

As for your question, I think painting can be enjoyed at any time of the day, it depends on one's mood. Some people find the morning to be the best time for creativity while others prefer the evening.
