PromoSteem Contest - Promoting Steemit in my city #3 By @chichieze

I see it as a great privilege to Promote Steem/Steemit in my city because Steemit has impacted so much in my life. So today, I embark on second time Steemit Promotion in my city, which was a contest organized by @saracampero where she encouraged us to promote Steemit as many times as in our cities. So my promotion today in my city took place at MINISTRY OF EDUCATION SPECIAL EDUCATION CENTER FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS MBIABONG UYO AKWA IBOM STATE NIGERIAwhat3words. But before going to the school, I went to check on @ijelady and @zomatex as we all planned to go there today.

Being a large school owned by Government of Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria, they are large number of Teachers and pupils in that school. So, we went to create Steemit awareness to the Principal an Teachers of the school. And also fix a date for Steemit seminar for all the entire Teacher's an Pupils. But before entering the school, we took a picture with the school sign post.

Immediately we entered the school, we saw a group of girls standing at the school fence, @ijelady promoted Steemit to them, and guess what, they gave us a listening ear and there phone numbers for registration and we took pictures with them.

After taking pictures with the girls, we went directly to the school to meat with the school authority. Our aim of going there was successful because the principal listen to us and asked us to come back next week Wednesday for Steemit seminar.

While @ijelady was busy Promoting Steemit to the Principal of the School. Mr Inemesit, who is on of the teachers of the school approached me to know who we are. I told him that we are from Steemit platform. A block chain based platform that rewards there user's with steem, SBD and Tron for making a quality post. He said

You mean, just by writing? I have joined one platform like that and the scamm me. Please what is the difference between Steemit platform and other platforms?

I told him that Steemit has there own coin called Steem. And to sign up is for free. All you need is to have your smart phone and can read and write. And as long as you are creating original article, Steemit rewards you for that. He gave me his number to Chat him up for his registration.

Immediately we left the School premises since a date has been giving to us to come and present Steemit to everyone. We left there to Ifa Atai Etoi Uyo Akwa Ibom State Nigeria, where I met 2 more person's that I told about Steemit. This lady in the picture with me showed interest on Steemit but complained of not having chance. So I encourage her to invest in Steemit.

Here comes the last person I told about Steemit before going home. She has been seeing me with my t-shirt design with Steemit logo. So as I was talking to the previous person, she came to know more about what I am Promoting. I quickly gave her attention. She promised to join Steemit soon.

Just like I said arlier, we will be going back to the School to create more awareness about Steemit, but before then, I continue to Promote Steemit in my city and every where I go.
