Thank you for getting me to actually do it. I had been thinking about it for a long time and it was awesome to see that you are already doing this. I agree that more people should take the time to take the newer people under their wings and show them the ropes. There are a some great people that are already doing this, but if this becomes something that more people do, then the platform would be a more welcoming place.
@derangedvisions well the meaning fo deranged to me is maybe insane or disarranged, but from what you wrote you absolutely make alot of sense... There is no atom of deranged in what I have seen so far. Heheheh you guys rock and i'm sure you guys will be successful in it. have a nice day
