Sincerely, I don't know how I got to remember this song. Was it coincidence? I was just sitting down in my friend's shop when all of a sudden, the radio station 95.4 FM starts playing this song. Remembering the old nature of the song made me join the chorus. It was a hit song that year, especially when people heard the female voice, Simi, in the song.

It's a duet between a man and a woman, just like Perfect by Ed Sheeran. Some covers make the song a duet. Satisfied with my voice in harmonising the lyrics while the song played on the radio channel, I decided to sing this song the next day. I was just so happy that I've got an intriguing song that would actually bring the emotions and voice from within.

That's how I set up my stage this morning and started singing with the instrumental. At first, I went raw without the instrumental. I did more of acapella, and it sounded so nice. With instrumental, it was a finished project. You need to see how many times I sang this song to get it right. All I knew was that the song was easy to sing because I couldn't hear errors when singing with vocals. The errors were visible without the soundtrack. One of the most distressing parts of this singing process is that I couldn't blend in some parts. For example, when it was about singing a high pitch with a masculine voice in the first stanza, my voice cracked at some point, and when I tried to harmonise some tones, I tended to go off-key. So I tried countless times before getting perfection.

The purpose of singing this song is to train my voice to the best of my ability in all angles, and luckily it's found me one of the perfect songs that can make it a healing.
