my rescue dog rescued me

POP! (art) featuring my best friend in the world his name is Mac. HE is a great therapy dog, and i comfort him like on this very night- as the rain pours down he is hunkered down in the corner of my room between myself and the wall. we help each other out, and i love making art using his photos!

he was adopted from an animal shelter, so he had already gone through some deal of trauma (clearly) but if you're a friend/family member he is so fiercely loyal and loving. he was the runt of about 8 identical looking puppies- all of which were much bigger and more social than Mac. We decided he needed some love ASAP after watching him appearing left out and not quite fitting in with the rest of his siblings...best decision ive made and i cant believe how long i went (growing up) without a dog!
