First you have to share your knowledge about pain, it's type and pathology

Pain is an unpleasant, complex personal experience that can arise from many different causes. Falling, suddenly hitting something, or even a cut, are all examples of these. When we experience pain, sometimes it can be unbearable. It's essential to treat it as soon as possible, but various therapies are used for this.

For example, if a person falls and scrapes their elbow or knee, it may appear to be a minor scrape, but it causes significant pain. Whether there's bleeding or no bleeding at all, the area will become red around the injury within two hours, and after 24 hours, it will turn blue. However, the pain is intense because it also occurs in a joint. Each injury has different causes, and therefore, each pain has different remedies to relieve it.

There are two types of pain:

Chronic Pain
Acute Pain

Chronic pain

Chronic pain is pain that persists frequently in our bones or back. It lasts for more than three months and occurs intermittently. It lasts for a couple of days, then subsides. Chronic pain often occurs sporadically and persists for a few days.

Acute Pain

Acute pain is pain that occurs suddenly, sometimes quite unbearable. Sometimes, we experience this pain after an injury, a fall, or an operation. This pain doesn't last long and resolves quickly. For example, after surgery, when the anesthesia begins to wear off, the patient experiences intense pain for a few days. This pain subsides with daily painkillers, and this is especially true because it's a post-operative process.

Pathology

In pathology, we understand pain conditions that describe changes in pain. For example, sometimes we suddenly touch a hot vessel, and our brain immediately alerts us that this is not safe for our skin. This causes damage to our skin and results in intense pain.

Holding a hot object can cause an immediate blister. After a few hours, the pain begins to subside, and redness or blisters form around the burned area. When the blisters form, the pain is significantly reduced. However, when the blisters burst after two to three days, the burned area experiences intense pain. This pain lasts for four to five days. Our skin is very sensitive, so it reacts quickly.

You have to find a patient with the symptom and share history of injury or illness. You can also share your history too if your suffer from any injury recently or previously that hasn't treated yet.

Everyone is experiencing some kind of pain these days. I would like to share my own experience here. I often get headaches, and the pain radiates from my neck to my shoulders. It's quite intense. Sometimes, work stress or acidity can trigger headaches. Migraine pain, I can't say, but whenever I experience severe pain, I sometimes wonder if it's a migraine.

Sometimes I feel like someone pressing firmly under my neck. I ask my children to do it, and only then do I get relief. For exercise, I stretch my neck on both sides, which gives me relief. This affects the area from the head to the neck and below the shoulders. Therefore, I do neck exercises, which give me considerable relief.

It would be better if you treat the patient pain by performing or apply above given exercises or tips, share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment

As I've shared my personal experience here, stretching reduces tension in the neck muscles and provides relief. Bending the neck in both directions, to the right and left, and holding it in a stretched position for a while also provides relief. But it's important to remember not to jerk your neck suddenly; this can lead to inaccurate results. Because these muscles are delicate, they should be applied very slowly.

Cervical stretching exercises provide significant relief. If headaches are radiating to the neck and shoulders, this is a cervical condition. As I go from household chores to my husband's shop, and then to my estimate, the constant strain on my eyes can sometimes cause headaches. This exercise is one I can do even at the shop. I can do it while sitting, and most importantly, it's effective.

I always do neck stretching exercises, but this is the first time I've tried straightening with the support of a towel. It felt quite good while doing it, as it provides support to my neck, so there's no doubt it will result in better results.

I want to invite my friends to take part in this contest: , @chant , @ahsansharif , @saintkelvin17 , @wringo"
