Three of us are applying for the position of curator for October 2025. Although we are three from different countries, we will work together for the users in the month of October. Below are the profiles of our three curators.

Curation Guidelines

The Team4 curator team will find and reward good content written on various communities and authors' own blogs on the Steemit platform every day. In addition, some of the guidelines of Team4 are mentioned below.

• Team4 will curate with an emphasis on quality posts.
• Team 4 Team will not reward posts from users who have been given a power down.
• Team4 will reward content that is free from plagiarism and AI.
• The content must be copyright-free images, such as your own work or images from an approved link on the platform.
• We will increase the upvote percentage of good content based on the user's club.
• Team 4 will always prioritize creative and artistic content.

Curated Account Support

Team4 will reward good content with 30% to 50% upvotes. We will increase the percentage of the reward based on the quality of the content. We will also search for user comments inside and outside the community. We will reward good comments with 15% to 25% upvotes. We will give equal importance to good content as well as good, meaningful comments.

Team4's Curation Schedule for October 2025

We have collectively created a curation schedule for October. We will complete the curation on a specific date on the curator calendar each day according to the rules of the Steemit platform. Each day, the curator will select one user from the curated content for the weekly report to be among the top seven.

The Team4 curator team will submit a weekly report to the Steem POD Team community with the seven best content each week. We will provide a comment after upvoting the content. The comment will mention the curator's name.

We will follow all the rules of the Steemit Team and will work as the curator of October 2025. We will highlight and reward the writings of good writers. We will maintain the transparency of our work. We will fulfil our assigned responsibilities well. Even then, if you have any suggestions, we will gladly accept them.
