[Summary] SLC27/W2 | Determining Content Direction & Simple Tools for YouTube

Greetings to everyone!!

The contest in the second week of the “Learn to Be a YouTuber” program has just ended. In week 1, the number of participants in this class was quite high, reaching 46 people, while in week 2, it dropped by 50% with only 23 participants successfully submitting their work. Perhaps many were busy and had slightly more assignments. Although the number of participants decreased, I could see that the quality of their writing had improved, with more creative ideas and better presentation styles.

This week, I only asked participants to determine the direction of their content (niche), choose simple equipment to start a YouTube channel, and write a short, effective script. Of course, this theme is very important for beginner YouTubers so that the videos they make are more focused and interesting.

I noticed that many participants wrote with enthusiasm, creativity, and demonstrated a good understanding of how to build their YouTube channel's identity. Based on the assessment process that I can consider, ranging from writing quality, originality of ideas, completeness, neatness, and creativity of posts, here are the top 6 winners for week 2:
