Hola queridos steemit, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de las experiencias vividas en mi lugar de trabajo, cómo les comenté en mi presentación soy maestra de escuela hace 16 años y en este recorrido pasamos por muchos aprendizajes y diferentes personalidades que atender. Mi año escolar no ha sido muy sencillo a pesar de tener tres años consecutivos trabajando con este grupo. Algunos estudiantes carecen de hábitos del buen trato y respeto hacia sus compañeros y muy pocos representantes toman medidas con respecto a la situación. Mi nuera salió de vacaciones en su trabajo y me está ayudando en estos días gracias a Dios 🙏 . La semana del 15 tendremos nuestro último cierre de proyecto y me toca preparar muchas cosas para su actuación, situación que acelera mis problemas de migraña. El jueves empezamos a elaborar unas monedas y collares con material de provecho para dramatizar un cuento titulado el Tesoro Perdido. Su conducta ha mejorado un poco desde que Marisela empezó a ayudarme, les mostraré algunas fotografías.

Hello dear Steemit, today I want to share with you some photographs of my workplace experiences. As I mentioned in my presentation, I've been a school teacher for 16 years, and along the way, we've learned a lot and dealt with different personalities. My school year hasn't been easy, despite working with this group for three consecutive years. Some students lack good behavior and respect for their peers, and very few representatives are taking action regarding the situation. My daughter-in-law went on vacation from work and is helping me these days, thank God 🙏 . The week of the 15th, we'll have our final project closing, and I have to prepare a lot of things for her performance, a situation that accelerates my migraine problems. On Thursday, we began making some coins and necklaces with scrap materials to dramatize a story titled "The Lost Treasure." Her behavior has improved a bit since Marisela started helping me. I'll show you some photographs.

Tengo una niña diagnosticada por el psicólogo con mutismo selectivo y está condición le impide interactuar con todos sus compañeros y conmigo tiene muy poca comunicación.

I have a daughter diagnosed by the psychologist with selective mutism, and this condition prevents her from interacting with all her classmates, and she has very little communication with me.

Cómo se portaron bien haciendo las actividades manuales, fueron premiados en la hora de recreo jugando pelotica de goma, que hasta Marisela se incluyó a jugar con ellos.

Because they behaved well doing the manual activities, they were rewarded at recess by playing with a rubber ball, which even Marisela joined in to play with them.

La pelotica de goma es un juego tradicional de Venezuela parecido al béisbol pero se batea con la misma mano, se lanza la pelota a la aire y se golpea fuerte corriendo y pisando cada una de las bases hasta llegar al Jon y anotar la carrera, el equipo contrario cubre hasta agarrar los tres aut luego le tocó batear y al otro cubrir. Ellos juegan hasta que suene el timbre de entrada a clases aproximadamente media hora.

Rubber ball is a traditional Venezuelan game similar to baseball, but batted with the same hand. The ball is thrown into the air and hit hard, running and touching each of the bases until reaching the base and scoring a run. The opposing team covers until they catch three outs, then it's their turn to bat, and the other team covers. They play until the bell rings for about half an hour.

Ese día también les tocó la clases de desarrollo endógeno, donde
ayudamos a limpiar un terreno para la siembra de rubros de corto plazo cómo ají , tomate 🍅 y berenjena 🍆 y cebollín.

That day, they also attended endogenous development classes, where we helped clear a plot of land to plant short-term crops such as chili peppers, tomatoes 🍅, eggplant 🍆, and green onions.

Cuando llegamos había bastante que limpiar, pero entre todos fuimos trabajando y en vuelta de una hora dejamos bien limpiecito todo el terreno, ellos se sintieron muy alegres y a pesar de todo trabajaron en grupo compartiendo las herramientas y siguiendo las indicaciones de la docente de desarrollo endógeno, unos más intranquilos que otros pero hicieron un gran trabajo. When we arrived, there was quite a bit to clean, but we all worked together, and in about an hour, we had the entire area tidy. They were very happy, and despite everything, they worked as a group, sharing tools and following the instructions of the endogenous development teacher. Some were more anxious than others, but they did a great job. I'll show you the photographs.

Enseñar a nuestros niños el valor del ambiente, cómo cuidarlo y sacarle provecho para el beneficio de todos.

Teach our children the value of the environment, how to care for it, and how to use it for the benefit of all.

Las siembras que ellos realizan, se hacen con la intención de que cuando llegue la cosecha estos rubros se puedan utilizar para la preparación de sus alimentos en el comedor escolar.

The crops they plant are intended to be used for the school cafeteria when the harvest arrives.
