A picture of peace sitting quietly.
The gentle breeze of a silent afternoon blows,
Your memories slowly touch my mind.

The air is filled with the smell of incense,
You are like a special assurance of prayer.
Every hour is tied to your name,
You are my refuge on the path of life.

I see light and meditation in your eyes,
That is the place of my happiness, the land of knowledge.
Even when the storm comes, you are still,
That silent temple built on love.

Peace spreads throughout your shadow,
I get lost in you.
Love, devotion, and affection mix,
You are embedded in the depths of my heart.

As far as the sky is, you are closer than that,
Every hymn is chanted in your name.
You are not just love, you are a refuge,
In you all pride ends.

Poetry can easily express the thoughts of the heart. What is difficult to say can be written in rhythm. That is why I write poetry, expressing my feelings, sorrows, pride or dreams through the play of words. I enjoy sharing poetry on this platform, because many people read, feel and love it here.
