Diary Game|| September 14, 2025|| "Vegetable Gardening and My Daughter's Simple Teaching Activity"

Today is Sunday And I really had lots of vacant time here, but house chores cannot be avoided because it is already part of my Daily Life here. Gardening is one of my hobby in life and in fact I already have simple Garden and it because It is Sunday, time to visit my vegetables and to checked if it is still okay. But before I went to my Garden, I also take my Breakfast but Luckily there was a bread vendor passing by here in our place. Each bread cost up to 5 Pesos Each, well it is cheap price for me and I can avoid to went at the bakery far from our place just to buy pieces of bread.

The most unique about this thing is that the tricyle contains a big oven where we can see the bread baked and cooked. Each bread they sell is very hot and newly cooked that is why many people likes to buy freshly bake bread. Aside of that, it is also very nutritious because it contains malunggay vegetables as flavor. I decides to buy 6 pieces of bread for only 30 Pesos. Sometimes I only eat bread combined with coffee and that is already my Breakfast, it can save us rice to be eaten by lunch.

I also recooked our left-over food last night just like this lumpia. This can be still eaten for our lunch and it is good thing to recooked so it wont be spoiled. Lumpia is one of my Daughter's favorite food to eat and its because I already fulled from the bread I ate, I decided to put in a clean food keeper.

At The Garden

It took a few seconds before I arrived at my Garden because it is only near here in our house, first I checked my Cultivated pechay sprouts here in this big recycled refrigerator. I decided to recycled it into a seedling tray and gladly those seeds are producing young sprouts on it. To keep it away from harmful animals and insects, the next thing I did is to covered with net. Checking the leaves is very important to ee if there are aphids leaving on its leaves and can rid them instantly.

The next thing I did was to checked my newly planted Chilli Pepper and in this recycled empty plastic soda bottle. I learned this during my Highschool days when I studied in Agriculture, recycling is very important and it can have lots of things I can do about recycling. I planted this young chilli pepper last day and I think it does not yet fully stabled to grow.

Checking My Pansit-Pansitan Vegetables

I never thought about this plants, many times I pulled and removed out from my Garden but my Friend told me about this plant. It contains medicinal values, it can cured U.T.I and it is good for dish like stew and I was very surpised. Now, instead of pulling it out, I planned to cultured and plant lots of it. Maybe I could also try to cook pansit-pansitan next day soon as this plant I have here will produced lots of young sprouts and young leaves.

My Alugbati Vegetables
My Alugbati vegetables grows very stable in fact I already harvested its young leaves many times already. But before gaining my success about producing this plant, I also experienced a hard time cultivating and propegating it. Gladly it was survived and now it produces lots of young leaves and sprouts. My plan for this is to sell some at the supermarker next Sunday and it will be a good kind of family business and a source of income.

Aside of Pansit-pansitan, one of the vegetable and herbal plant I have, Gabon leaves also grows and well cultured. This kind of plants is used to cure cough, my Mother told me not to pulled out this plants instead planting lots of it. I always used this everytime when my Daughter suffered of cough and sneezing and having a vegetable and herbal plants in the Garden is very important.

Chilli Pepper

Our place is highly in demand and each Kilo cost up to 400 Peso that is 50 Steem tokens. As for that, planting lots of it is very important so I can be abled to harvest it at the right time. Culturing chilli pepper is quite difficult and it really needs time and patience if we cultured chilli pepper. But I was very happy and surprised to see that some of my chilli pepper are ready to harvest but only few of it.

Recyled Garden Fence made of Empty Plastic Soda Bottles

Some Empty plastic Soda bottles I'd collected here are also recycled into a garden fence and I learned it in Social Media. First, I put lots of sands and peebles on each bottle so it wont easily leaned and after that, I burried half in the ground. It takes a lot of time before I finished constructing it and it is also supported with net so animals like chickens wont go inside of my Garden.

Time To do Simple Teaching Lessons to My Daughter

After doing my obligations and tasks outside the house, I also do teaching my Daughter about her school lessons and assignments just like tracing the letters and coloring activities. I was very happy because she cooperates also, it is important so she can learned her school topics. Until next post, have a nice day to everyone.
