Greetings, my fellow Steemians. May we all be in the protection and the grace of God Almighty.
This is the Week 31 Implementation and Week 32 Launch Report.
Week 31 Evaluation
A list of this week's participants and relevant statistics can be found in the following table:
Below is a diagram of the programme participants' countries of origin.
The following table provides information on the Rep and SP progress of all programme participants after joining the programme, at the end of the reported week.
Two Rep charts (number of changes and percentage change since participation in the programme) generated from the table as follows:
From the table above, two diagrams can also be generated regarding the development of Own SP (the number of changes and the percentage change) as follows.
In addition to Rep and Own SP, the programme also monitors the number of articles, number of replies, CSI votes, and Club. In contrast to Rep and Own SP, which until now have had no binding provisions, then:
- Number of Articles. The minimum number of articles to be written each week by each programme participant is 4, with at least 2 of them submitted through the Steem SEA community.
- Number of comments made (not received). Since Week 28, each participant is required to post a minimum of 35 comments in one week.
- Voting CSI. Each programme participant is required to keep the Voting CSI above 5.0. With 300 extra SP, each participant can vote more flexibly. Keep an eye on this number and Voting Power (VP) by using SteemWorld (https://steemworld.org/). SteemWorld is the work of @steemchiller, one of the witnesses on Steem. I recommend that you cast 1 of your 30 Witness votes for him.
- Club. All programme participants MUST be in Club100. Club100 is officially calculated by observing the transfer activity in the last 3 months. This is not possible for Steemians with lower account age. So in this programme, a modification is made by disregarding the monitoring time (3 months). The programme requires that, from the time of joining the programme, each member powers up all the liquid STEEM and SBD he/she has whether earned through writing activities or other means. Leaving and/or sending to Saving will be considered sending out and means not in club100.
- Outgoing Delegation. From Week 29 we will be monitoring outward delegation. It is not permissible for any member, since joining the programme, to delegate their powers to another account. Make the most of your Own SP and Delegated In SP to support other accounts, without delegating out, this is the essence of this support programme.

Community members are asked to set a payout of at least 10% for the @steem.amal community account when posting in the Steem SEA community. This initiative is intended to further strengthen the community.

Salam hangat untuk teman-teman Steemian semua. Semoga kita semua dalam lindungan dan rahmat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.
Ini adalah Laporan Pelaksanaan Minggu 31 dan Peluncuran Minggu 32 Program Steem SEA Minnows Help Care (SSEA-MINER).
Evaluasi Minggu Ke 31
Daftar peserta pada minggu ini beserta data statistik yang relevan bisa dilihat pada tabel berikut:
Di bawah ini adalah diagram negara peserta program.
Tabel berikut berisi informasi perkembangan Rep dan SP semua peserta program tersebut setelah bergabung di dalam program.
Dua diagram Rep (angka perubahan dan persentase perubahannya sejak kesertaan dalam program) dapat dihasilkan dari tabel tersebut sebagaimana berikut:
Dari tabel di atas juga dapat dibuat 2 diagram terkait perkembangan Own SP (angka perubahan dan persentase perubahannya) sebagaimana berikut.
Selain Rep dan Own SP, program juga memantau jumlah artikel, jumlah reply, voting CSI, dan Club. Berbeda dengan Rep dan Own SP yang sampai saat ini tidak memiliki ketentuan yang mengikat, maka:
- Jumlah Artikel. Minimal jumlah artikel yang harus ditulis setiap minggu oleh setiap peserta program adalah 4 artikel, dengan minimal 2 di antaranya dikirim melalui komunitas Steem SEA.
- Jumlah komentar yang dibuat (bukan diterima). Sejak Minggu 28, setiap peserta diharuskan mengirim komentar minimal 35 dalam satu minggu.
- Voting CSI. Diminta setiap peserta program untuk menjaga angka Voting CSI di atas 5.0. Dengan 300 ekstra SP, setiap peserta bisa lebih leluasa melakukan voting. Perhatikan angka ini dan Voting Power (VP) dengan menggunakan SteemWorld (https://steemworld.org/). SteemWorld adalah karya @steemchiller, salah satu witness di Steem. Saya menyarankan kalian memasukkan dia sebagai salah satu Witness yang kalian pilih.
- Club. Semua peserta program HARUS berada dalam club100. Club100 secara resmi dihitung dengan memperhatikan kegiatan transfer dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Hal ini tidak mungkin dilakukan pada Steemian dengan umur akun lebih rendah. Jadi dalam program ini dilakukan modifikasi yaitu dengan mengesampingkan ukuran waktu pemantauan (3 bulan). Dalam program disyaratkan, sejak bergabung dengan program, setiap anggota melakukan power up pada semua STEEM dan SBD cair yang dimilikinya baik yang didapat karena kegiatan menulis ataupun dengan cara lain. Menyimpan dan / atau mengirim ke Saving akan dianggap mengirim ke luar dan berarti tidak dalam club100.
- Delegasi Ke Luar. Sejak Minggu 29 kita akan memantau delegasi ke luar. Tidak dibenarkan setiap anggota, sejak bergabung di dalam program, mendelegasikan kekuatannya ke akun lain. Pergunakan semaksimal mungkin Own SP dan Delegated In SP Anda untuk mendukung akun-akun lain, tanpa mendelegasikan ke luar, inilah esensi dari program dukungan ini.

Yes, two of the 3 posts were submitted on the 8th of March, and 1 on the 15th. And last week's Programme was between the 12th and 18th, and only 1 was submitted between those dates. Please check again. 😃
And what do you have to say about not being in the Club 100 (based on the programme term) which is required in the Programme?
Well, we have a scheduling problem. As soon as I saw the week's report, I published it. Anyway, if they didn't count in the previous week, they should count in this week what happened.
As for the 100 Club, I don't know how it works, what should I do?

In every weekly report there is a clause about the Club. So, I think you missed it. 😃 Let me post here the screenshot.
The next screenshot shows that you have some STEEM not powered up in the wallet.

@almaguer the SEA project week doesn't start on Mondays but one or two days later so this means if you post twice on the 11th it counts for the course #miner-wewrite but not for the the SEA week.
I assume you know how to power up? Which you most likely not can with a slow connection.🤔
It is wise to spread posts over the week. I'll contact you to explain why. Let's see if there's a solution for the lack and slow internet.

When the week of the Programme starts and ends is always written in the report, and also on the editorial picture. And I also informed about it at the beginning of everyone's membership. Well, I think I didn't explain it very well. 😃😃 But whaen do the week starts and ends is not really a problem. Problem related to timezone differences will arise (if they do) in the first week, but after that it won't be a problem anymore. @naina9 experienced it in her first week of membership. So did @almaguer, as I recall.
So, everyone can ignore about when the week starts and ends, they just have to do their part as explained when they were recruited. The evaluation in the report that I release every week is also based on the terms and conditions that I explained at the time of recruitment.
That's why every weekly report always contains a section on the programme participants' obligations. Whenever they find red marks in the table, they can actually look for answers there. 😀😀

To tell you in simple words, the posts you have written will not be counted in this week but in the next week, so your posts will not be lost, but by editing the current post as well, your performance in the next week will look great.

Thanks.. I guess that everyone is trying their level best to make it count in the program. The MWW contest is tough too. It requires a lot of engagement. So, in order to win, one would have to put extra effort.

Repentance is not an enmity but just a competition which is being made interesting by adding a little chilli spice😂. So that the writers and readers do not feel bored. 5 weeks are about to be completed and the last week is left but it is the month of Ramadan so there are few busy days. Preparations are being made for Eid and also for the wedding so I congratulate @ronnie10 in advance for next week.

Oh my God! Don't worry about that dear. I am like this. I start the week with many comments. But, near the end, I sometimes get busy and write 1 or 2. Sometimes even 0.
I guess that there is an incentive now to write many comments. Hopefully, we will get both our numbers high and see who wins.

Everyone tries to do good on their own. Jokes have their place but work has its place. We have to fulfill our responsibilities as well as all our work in a good manner.
Motivation gives us the desire to write, but if criticism starts, writing is a distant thing, our heart is lifted from every work. In Sha Allah, we will soon achieve our goal.

not motivated because of criticism? Are you jobless? Refuse to set a foot forward because every word said is negative?
I have a job to keep myself alive, to pay my bills and spend many hours per day/night to creating for at least 27 years no matter how I feel. If you are not motivated you are the only one to blame not the one being honest. Let me tell you if what can be improved is hidden among words of praise you would ignore them and say: I'm perfect, no need to change or improve, that's how the brain works. I wish I would receive criticism, knew if what I create is liked, hard to read or whatever but no one does the result. I no longer show my art on Steemit. I gave up on that years ago. I no longer post my skills on Steemit and never will again. For me, reviews from like-minded, interested people are worth their weight in gold. People like that are hard to find on this platform and no art can develop if there are no critical or honest people willing to say why they don't read you or appreciate your art or want to take the time to invest in you and say how you can do better. Criticism wrapped in a load of honey is not criticism but the comment of a dishonest person who is afraid to come out for his opinion. Perhaps this does not apply to you because you have not set a goal to move forward and be a bit more than someone who blogs on social media to kill time while I want to and the bar I jump over is considerably higher?

My point of view is that comments are better than criticism. This means that the issue should be resolved through comments. If we criticize, it leads to anger and irritation and spoils the work. Not every criticism is bad. It depends on the time and circumstances of the person as to how he is looking at this criticism. If criticism is answered with criticism, will the issue be resolved?
But through comments, we will discuss this issue and the issue will also be resolved.
And I am not unemployed. I have a 24-hour duty. There is no greater responsibility for a housewife than this, nor is there a need for any other job.

You were talking about motivation up there. Well, let me tell you this:
There are some people who do not have the chance to think if they're motivated or not to do a certain thing. Yet, they get up and do it. Because, they have to. I guess, you might come across people like that in your life. Haven't you?
Here is my question to you: Is that right? Or, is that something that we should be wanting to be in?
On criticism, I kind of agree. But, it still depends on the way one is being criticized. Because, one can either be defending his point of view, or take others' opinion into consideration. But, that depends a lot on the way he /she is being criticized.

First of all, sorry. My steam was very low. I thought that if I had more steam, I would power up.
Should I power up every week? I knew that I should power up once a month or after 15 days.
Now I have power up. Now I am sure that my club 100 must have been restored.

Actually, explanation is accepted, but, why wait until there's larger amount of STEEM (not steam) to power up? Any reason?
As I mentioned earlier, I didn't know that I need to power up every week.
I only had 13 Steam, so I was waiting for it to increase, but when I saw in the weekly report that I was not in club100, I realized that I hadn't power up Steam.
I have now power up Steam and will keep that in mind in the future.

How can you be in club100 from what I understand that takes 3 months. I don't powerup weekly but more like once or twice per month and been told that what remains in the wallet is not a transfer.

Yes, you are right, 3 months is the time limit to be in Club 100. And our 3 months have not been completed. But we are following the rules of Club 100 and every week we have to power up our steam. By doing this, we will remain a member of Club 100 according to this program.

I know this has been posted a few days ago. But, I wanted to say that during our earlier discussion, I have decided to reduce my "delegation-out" amount. To have a larger SP to help others in the program.
You might have noticed that in the beginning of the weeks, I was still adjusting some of that.
