Bireuen Police Conduct Pilgrimage to Heroes' Cemetery, Ahead of the 79th Bhayangkara Day.

In order to welcome the 79th Bhayangkara Day on July 1, 2025, the Bireuen Police Resort (Polres) conducted a pilgrimage to the Heroes' Cemetery (TMP) in Geulumpang Payong Village, Jeumpa District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province, Monday, 6/23/2025.

The activity was attended by the PJU, Officers, Police Chiefs, and Bhayangkari Chairmen along with other invitees.

Head of Public Relations of the Bireuen Police, Iptu Marzuki accompanied by the Head of PIDM Sub-section, Aipda Safwan Rizal told the media crew that the pilgrimage to the Heroes' Cemetery was also part of a series of activities to welcome the 79th Bhayangkara Day on July 1, 2025.

He said that the Bireuen Police had carried out various social activities for the community. In accordance with the theme of the Police on the 79th Bhayangkara Day this year, namely "Polri for the Community", he explained, the Bireuen Police will continue to optimize their duties and responsibilities in providing services to the community, guarding security, creating peace, and coolness.

During the visit to the Heroes' Cemetery (TMP), an official ceremony was also held and continued with flower-laying.

Bireuen Police Chief, AKBP Tuschad Cipta Herdani, SIK, MMedKom said that the pilgrimage to the heroes' graves was a form of remembering the values, and spirit of struggle, and the exemplary nature of the heroes of the Indonesian nation.
