The Deputy Regent Presents the Regent's Responses to the General Views of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRK) Factions Regarding the Draft Qanun for Bireuen Regency.
The Deputy Regent of Bireuen, Ir. H. Razuardi, MT, read out the responses of Regent H. Mukhlis to the general views of the factions regarding the Draft Qanun for Bireuen Regency, during the third plenary session of the third session of the Bireuen DPRK for the 2024/2025 session year, Monday (July 28, 2025) morning and afternoon, in the council meeting room.
The plenary session was chaired by DPRK Chairman Juniadi, accompanied by Deputy Chairman I Surya Dharma and Deputy Chairman II Muslem Abdullah. The Deputy Regent read the 54-page responses alternately with Acting Regional Secretary Hanafiah.
The Regent's detailed responses to the general views of the six factions in the Bireuen Regional People's Representative Council (DPRK): the Golkar Party, the National Awakening Party (PKB), the Aceh Party, the Democratic Party and Nasdem factions, the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), the United Development Party (PPP), the PAS, the Democratic Party, and the PAN factions.
Regarding the Draft Budget (Oanun) on Accountability for the Implementation of the Bireuen Regional Budget (APBK) for the 2024 Fiscal Year.
Follow-up on the Audit Report (LHP) of the Indonesian Audit Board (BPK RI) Aceh Representative Office on the Bireuen Regency Government Financial Report for the 2024 Fiscal Year, the Bireuen Regency Draft Budget (Oanun) on the Bireuen Regency Medium-Term Development Plan for 2025-2029.
The Bireuen Regency Draft Budget (Oanun) on Waste Management and the Bireuen Regency Draft Budget (Oanun) on the Implementation of Building Approvals and Certificates of Functional Worthiness.
The answers included the Golkar faction's general view regarding the utilization of regional assets, the former PUPR office building, as a Public Service Mall (MPP). He explained that a development plan for the site had been prepared for 2022.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) has diversified its team, but due to several considerations and limitations, funds have not yet been allocated for major renovations of the MPP building, the Deputy Regent stated.
Regarding the PKB faction's general view, the Regent's response included strategies for fostering an investment climate that would ultimately reduce poverty, specifically the strategy outlined in the 2025-2029 Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJM) through regulatory simplification and investment promotion, as well as a policy direction for improving the quality of licensing and one-stop investment services, the Deputy Regent explained.
