Greetings, my fellow Steemians. May we all be in the protection and the grace of God Almighty.
This is the Week 37 Implementation and Week 38 Launch Report.
Week 37 Evaluation

The following table provides information on the Rep and SP progress of all programme participants after joining the programme, at the end of the reported week.
Two Rep charts (number of changes and percentage change since participation in the programme) generated from the table as follows:
From the table above, two diagrams can also be generated regarding the development of Own SP (the number of changes and the percentage change) as follows.
In addition to Rep and Own SP, the programme also monitors the number of articles, number of replies, CSI votes, and Club. Read this article for details on evaluation on these subjects.

Community Helping Request
Community members are asked to set a payout of at least 10% for the @steem.amal community account when posting in the Steem SEA community. This initiative is intended to further strengthen the community.

Ini adalah Laporan Pelaksanaan Minggu 37 dan Peluncuran Minggu 38 Program Steem SEA Minnows Help Care (SSEA-MINER).
Evaluasi Minggu Ke 37
Daftar peserta pada minggu ini beserta data statistik yang relevan bisa dilihat pada tabel berikut:
Di bawah ini adalah diagram negara peserta program.
Tabel berikut berisi informasi perkembangan Rep dan SP semua peserta program tersebut setelah bergabung di dalam program.

Dari tabel di atas juga dapat dibuat 2 diagram terkait perkembangan Own SP (angka perubahan dan persentase perubahannya) sebagaimana berikut.
Selain Rep dan Own SP, program juga memantau jumlah artikel, jumlah reply, voting CSI, dan Club. Silahkan baca lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui detail evaluasi terhadap hal-hal ini pada artikel ini.

There is no instant way to know how many comments have been made since a certain moment. One easy way is to utilise SteemWorld, in your case: https://steemworld.org/@tonyoi23.
Record your number of comments this week (written in the table in the report above), and see the change every time you need in the SteemWorld.
The picture above shows that your total comment number right now is 87, while the weekly report above record your comment total was 86, means for the coming week you have made 1 comment.

I just noticed that you are allocating some of the rewards for the program participants! I think this was not there before..
It is good to add a little bit of rewards to those new participants, so it makes it faster for them to reach their 500 own SP goal.
For me, I think I am delayed in finishing it =P
It has been a plan to make it (reward sharing for participants) as part of the Programme. Yes, we never did this before, or else you will know (you know how I like to brag about this kind of things :v). The percentage might change in times. Thank you.
The percentage doesn't matter I guess. It is a double win for participants. They get their curation rewards for voting this up.. Plus, the percentage (whatever that was).

Personally, I think I was going to grow my account with or without the program. But, the good thing that the program has added, is that it was like a lesson to teach one about the platform itself and how many aspects of it work.
