The importance of keeping your mouth shut
Guarding one's tongue means speaking wisely and avoiding words that could hurt others, incite slander, or incite hatred. In the Quran, Allah emphasizes the importance of speaking well and guarding one's speech.

In Islam, many sins are related to the tongue, such as:
Backbiting: Talking about others behind their backs.
Slander: Spreading false news or accusing someone without proof.
Lying: Telling lies or providing false information.
Perjury: Using the name of Allah to state something that is untrue.
Before speaking, it's best to pray that our words will be used for good. Guarding our tongue also means listening carefully to others. Paying attention while others speak demonstrates respect and concern.
By speaking kindly and avoiding harmful language, we not only maintain good relationships with others but also draw closer to God.
Considering the importance of words in life, let us strive to always speak wisely, politely, and compassionately.
That concludes my post for this time. I hope it's helpful, and thank you.
