Assalamu Alaikum How are you all. Today I am back with a different recipe. I always like to make something different. So today I made a delicious tomato ketchup. I really like eating this tomato ketchup. And eating healthy tomato ketchup made at home is also very fun. So I tried to make this tomato ketchup in my own way with every ingredient. I like to make it as much as I like to eat it. Tomato ketchup can be eaten with anything. I have shared with you how I made it beautifully and each step is beautifully. I hope you will like this tomato ketchup that I made.

I have tried to share with you step by step how I made this tomato ketchup. And I have also tried to write the name of each ingredient. I hope you will like this tomato ketchup recipe.

Ingredients

• Tomato ½ kg
• Mustard oil 4 tbsp
• Vinegar 2 tbsp
• Sugar to taste
• Garlic 1 clove
• 1 clove garlic
• Salt to taste
• Dry chili 5 cloves

Details :

First, I washed the tomatoes, chopped them into nice pieces, and put them in a nice bowl.

Then I cut two onions into small pieces and added them to the tomatoes.

Then I placed four or five whole garlic cloves, tomato slices, and onion slices on top of the stove.

Then I covered the tomatoes, boiled them well for a while, and stirred them.

Then I added a few whole dried chilies to the boiled tomatoes and boiled them for a while longer.

I stirred it for a while longer until I got the tomatoes, garlic, dried chilies and everything was cooked well.

Then I cooled each of the boiled ingredients for a while and put them in the blender machine.

Then I boiled the tomatoes well for a while, chopped them into small pieces, and blended them.

Then I put the well-blended tomatoes in a pan and cooked them for a while, stirring occasionally.

Then, I added salt to taste and measured sugar and boiled it well for a while longer.

Then I licked the net with vinegar and mustard oil and cooked it for a while longer.

Then I left it on the stove for a while longer to dry out the tomato sauce.

2- Did you face any difficulty in the preparation of the ketchup at home?

I did not have much difficulty in making ketchup at home. Because I have made this tomato ketchup recipe several times. Because I always like to eat homemade ketchup very much. So I like to eat this ketchup with fried rice or rice a little more. So when I need ketchup, I try to make it at home instead of buying it from the store. Because homemade things are good for our health. That is why I always try to make ketchup at home instead of buying it from outside. That is why I did not have any difficulty in making this ketchup. I tried to make it beautifully.

3- What do you say about the taste and freshness of the homemade ketchup which you have prepared as compared to the market ketchup?

I would say that homemade ketchup is twice as good as store-bought ketchup. Because we don't know how store-bought ketchup is made. We just close our eyes and eat it. But every ingredient made at home is beneficial for our body. And we make ketchup like this in a clean container with our own hands. Then this ketchup is very healthy for our body. That's why homemade ketchup is much better in taste and freshness. Who has to eat anything bought from a store and eat it with pressure? So I think that first of all, if the ketchup is healthy, then it will be good for our body. For this reason, I always try to make it at home. First of all, if the body is healthy, then more work can be done later. That's why I try to keep my body healthy from the beginning. I always eat healthy food that I make at home. For this reason, homemade ketchup is a little better for me. They are much healthier for our body.
