Amazing Egg Salad

Ingredients

•Boiled egg
•Tomato
•Onion
•Coriander
•Bread
•Tomato sauce
•Mayonnaise

Make any one cold appetizer of your choice in detail ,step by step with pictures . You can add ingredients of your choice too.First, I boiled the eggs and peeled them.Here I took several loaves of bread and cut them in half from the middle.Then I put the loaves in a baking dish and baked them a little hot.

Here I cut the boiled eggs into very small pieces with a knife.Now I took an onion and cut it into very small pieces with a knife. Then I put the onion slices in a bowl with the boiled eggs.Then I took a tomato and cut it into very small pieces with a knife. Then I added the tomato slices to the egg and onion mixture in the bowl.Now I will add the coriander leaves. I first cleaned and washed the coriander leaves well, then chopped them into small pieces with a knife, and then added the coriander leaves to the egg mixture in the pan.

At this stage I will add tomato sauce to the egg mixture in the pan. After adding tomato sauce I added mayonnaise. Now that all the ingredients are added I mix everything well with a spoon.Then I took the pre-baked bread and put this egg mixture inside the bread. Then I served it with some tomatoes and coriander leaves on top.
