Hello everyone, how are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am also well. Today I have a new post for you. Today I will share with you homemade tomato and garlic sauce. I really like participating in different types of competitions and I really liked this homemade competition. So I first thought that I would join this homemade sauce competition. I really liked this topic of this week, this sauce made with tomatoes and garlic. Tomatoes are very beneficial for our body. Tomatoes protect the beauty of our skin. Vitamin A in tomatoes is very beneficial for our eyes. The compound called allicin in garlic helps in reducing blood pressure. It is also very useful in controlling bacterial viruses. Apart from this, sauce has now gained a lot of popularity with various types of food. There are many types of food that actually feel incomplete without sauce. Anyway, I hope you all like my sauce recipe today.

Today I have shared with you the step by step method of making this homemade herbal ketchup. I have tried to explain to you in detail how I made it. I hope you like my method of making herbal tomato and garlic ketchup.

Step 1

To make tomato ketchup, I first chopped several tomatoes into small pieces. Then I cleaned them thoroughly and put them in a bowl along with several cloves of garlic.

2.Did you face any difficulty in the preparation of the ketchup at home?

Honestly, I did not face any such difficulty in making this ketchup. Because making this tomato garlic ketchup is really very easy and a very healthy ketchup recipe. However, a funny incident happened while I was making it. When I went to blender the ketchup in the middle of making the ketchup. Suddenly, the power went out while the blender was on. And the power came after about three hours, it was a bit annoying. However, I did not face any such difficulty in making this recipe. Later, when the power came, I blended the ketchup again and made it well.

3.What do you say about the taste and freshness of the homemade ketchup which you have prepared as compared to the market ketchup?

There is a lot of difference between market ketchup and homemade ketchup. Especially in terms of freshness, taste and health awareness. Market ketchup contains more preservative items, which can be very harmful to the body if used for a long time. On the other hand, homemade ketchup does not contain any kind of chemical preservatives. It is made with tomatoes, garlic, vinegar and light sugar, which is healthy and easy to digest. So it is safe for children or everyone in the family. The natural reddish color of tomatoes is its beauty and the light smell of garlic makes it more attractive. Homemade ketchup leaves market ketchup far behind not only in taste, but also in smell, color and freshness.
