I gathered the ingredients to make tomato sauce with garlic.
First, I cleaned and washed two red ripe tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Then I put a pot on the stove and added the chopped tomatoes. Then I added two dried red chilies, a good amount of chopped onion and garlic, and then added a little water to bring it to a boil.
After cooking for a while, when it was cooked, I took it out in a bowl.
Then I boiled the tomatoes and cooled them slightly. Then I blended them well in a blender. Then I poured them into a bowl.
Then strain it well through a sieve. When strained through a sieve, there are no large pieces left, not even tomato seeds. The sauce becomes very nice and soft.
Then, cook the strained tomato juice thoroughly in a pot on the stove again. But this time, first add salt to taste.
Then stir gently and add sugar to taste. I have added a little less sugar because I have used dried chilies. This will make the sauce very slightly spicy and slightly sweet.
Finally, add a little vinegar and stir for a while to make a delicious tomato sauce.
