Assalamu Alaikum to all my Steemit friends, I hope you are all doing well. Today I have come to share with you the Steemit Learning Challenge-S27W3; Physiofit; Regain Balance & Coordination Challenge post. I saw a competition about exercise being run by @ashkhan a few days ago. When I saw the competition, I immediately resteemed it and put it on my own blog. When I participate in the competition, I want to find the post very easily. At first, I saw that many people had participated in the newspaper, so I went out on the street yesterday afternoon to do one-legged exercises to participate. In fact, it is very important to keep your physical balance right to do one-legged exercises. But let's share the details of today's question with you.......

Task 1: You have to share your knowledge about balance, it's type, coordination and pathophysiology.

Balance

It is really difficult to maintain physical balance when everyone is exercising standing on one leg. When I myself was exercising on the street yesterday standing on one leg, at that moment I felt that it is very important to maintain my balance, otherwise we may fall and sway while exercising standing on one leg. When I was sitting down on one leg and going up, you will understand by watching the video that maintaining physical balance is very important for every person. I tried to maintain my own physical balance while exercising standing on one leg to share it with you.

Coordination

Coordination refers to the ability to move different parts of the body multiple times or to exercise by keeping them in a precise position and maintaining balance on one's body. When I was exercising, I tried to balance each of my Sehri movements very beautifully. In fact, I think it is very difficult for every person to maintain physical balance while standing on one leg, but I tried to exercise by moving each part with great skill.

Pathophysiology

Pathophysiology Almost every part of the body is involved in maintaining the physical balance of each of us, from the knees to the bones of the spine and our thoughts and the bones of the hands and the wrists, all of which play very important roles in maintaining physical balance. Mainly, from the feet to the muscles of the feet and all these places are important in every work, but the physical organs of every person play a very big role in maintaining physical balance.

Physical Therapy Intervention for Pain

Physiotherapy for pain is important for every person. When we have pain or injury anywhere in our body, we always think of consulting a doctor and giving physiotherapy. In fact, these thoughts are very good. If any part of the body can be strengthened or refreshed through exercise, then it is very good. So, every person in our area has chosen physiotherapy for pain or injury in any part of his body. In fact, every person thinks of giving different types of physiotherapy according to the doctor's advice only after the doctor's approval. There are different types of divisions and distributions in physiotherapy, we always follow the instructions and criteria given by the doctor and think of giving physiotherapy. Physiotherapy is one of the best for physical balance.

Side Walking

We need to jog regularly to maintain our size and balance. By jogging, we can maintain physical balance and be free from various diseases. By jogging or running regularly in the morning or afternoon, physical balance can be maintained a lot and we should do all these activities as per the doctor's advice. We can maintain physical balance through exercise and maintain physical fitness. In this way, if we always think about our fitness and exercise regularly, then I think it is very important for us to jog and run a lot of time regularly.

Back or Reverse Walk

If we are suffering from any disease due to physical problems, then walking backwards or walking sideways is really very difficult, so we should include these in our daily necessary exercises. In fact, we all know that walking backwards is very slow, since our daily habit is to walk forward, so walking backwards or on the right side or left side is very necessary for us, so from now on, we will include these in our daily life exercises and try to maintain physical fitness.

Single Leg Squats

Standing on one leg is really very difficult. To maintain our physical balance, we should stand on one leg and sit on one leg and keep both hands in front. This is really how we should maintain the physical balance of every person. So here we learned about different types of exercises and got an idea about different types of exercises and different styles of exercises while writing a post on the learning channel today. I hope that from now on, such exercises are very important in our life and to maintain our physical fitness. I myself was sitting on one leg and got up with one leg. You can understand everything by watching the video here.

Task 2: You have to share a cause that lead to balance and coordination impairment. You can also share your history too if your suffer from any injury recently that is present with symptom of impairment of balance and coordination.

I participated in a football tournament in our village a few days ago and felt a lot of pain in my ankle. At that time, it was very important and necessary for me to exercise standing on one leg. At that moment, I did not know how to exercise standing on one leg, but through today's competition, I was able to learn everything by reading your post and I can also write a post accordingly and share the information with you. When I stood on one leg and put my two hands in front, it was understood that a lot of pressure was placed on one leg and a very good exercise could be felt on that leg. When I started the main part of the exercise, I stood on the road with one leg and a younger brother next to me took a very nice picture and recorded a video, with which I am going to share the post with you today to maintain physical balance.

Task 3: It would be better if you treat the patient by performing above given physiotherapy management, share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment. (Try to use 2 methods).

If I ever have pain in one leg, then after the doctor's examination, the doctor gives us several exercises and gives us some medicine. In fact, among the exercises, standing and sitting on one leg and then standing and sitting on the opposite leg again. In this way, we have found two types of exercises. If you look below, you can see that I have tried to share a very nice exercise video recorded on my mobile phone. In fact, when the doctor's examination is complete, the doctor always instructs us to heal the painful area through regular exercise. In this way, through physiotherapy, we can improve our physical diseases and maintain physical fitness through various types of exercises.

Video link

If you look above, you can see that I recorded a video of myself doing my exercise and shared that video with you. In fact, it is very difficult to maintain physical balance while standing on one leg. If you watch the video from beginning to end, you will understand how much difficulty I was sitting on one leg and standing on one leg. In this way, I exercised by maintaining my physical balance with great difficulty. In fact, if every person ever gets pain or is in need of physiotherapy, if they do such difficult tasks, their physical fitness will be maintained and their diseases will be cured very easily. So, instead of taking the help of a doctor and taking various medicines, try to improve your physical diseases by exercising and writing a post like today. I am ending this post here. Thank you and congratulations to everyone.

An invitation to all to participate in the competition @narocky71 @jamal7 & @ahp93
