hello Steemit friends
I am @mostafezur001 from Bangladesh

I really like making different types of recipes but I can't do it due to lack of time. I was thinking for a long time to make some sweet to participate in the competition and from that thought I made this sweet on the 2nd. Today I am sharing all the steps to make that sweet with you.

Serial NumberName of Ingredient
1Flour
2Sugar
3Besan Flour
4Milk
5Salt
6Cardamom
7Water
8Oil

I took the ingredients needed to make the recipe.

Then I took 500 grams of milk in a container. You will take milk according to the quantity of sweets you want to make. Then I cooked the milk for a while.

Then I added one cup of flour and three spoons of gram flour to it. Then I started stirring.

In my recipe, the amount of milk was a little too much, so I had to cook it for a little longer to make a stiff dough. You should prepare the dough in such a way that it is easy to make the sweets with your hands.

Then I kneaded the sweets well with a little oil in my hands.

Then I fried the sweets well in hot oil. I didn't make them completely red, I left some white. It looks good when the sweets are slightly reddish in color.

Then, in a separate pot, I heated the water and sugar to the desired sweetness. I added three cardamom pods to give the sweetness a nice flavor. Then, I cooked it until the sugar melted.

Once the sugar has melted, pour the sweet making broth over the fried sweet. Then, cover the sweet well and keep it in a cool place for about 30 minutes.

When you cover it, it gets a beautiful color and all the juices get absorbed into the sweet. This makes the sweet quite juicy and delicious. I really enjoyed eating the sweet after cooking it. I never thought I would make such a beautiful sweet for the first time.

I would like to thank brother @suboohi for organizing such a wonderful competition. An invitation to all to participate in the competition @safi01 @sumon48 & @kibreay001
