Assalamu Alaikum. I hope everyone is well. I am also well by the infinite mercy of the Messenger of Allah. Today I have come with a Learning Challenge post. @ashkhan brother has organized a very nice competition. I like his competitions every week. Because exercise is very important in our body. Which needs to be done every day. But we may not do it because of busyness.

But we did exercise for the competition. For that I thank ashkhan brother. Also, when there is pain in our body, exercise is important. For example, when we cross a certain age, we often experience knee pain, back pain, and joint pain in various joints. Which can be cured by exercising every day. Let's start today's competition tasks.

Task 1: You have to share your knowledge about balance, it's type, coordination and pathophysiology.

Balance

Our body balance is very important. If the balance is not right, then a person can never stand. It is very important to keep the balance right to stand. If we stand crooked, then we will never be able to stand. Also, when we walk, balance is also necessary.

And especially when running, it is important to have balance right. And it is useful for movement. The balance of our body keeps our body weight right through the legs. Because if it is not right, then we will not be able to stand and walk.

I have already discussed the forward type above. Actually, there are several types of balance, one of which is static balance. As we understand it, we are standing. It is called static balance when we are standing. There is also dynamic balance. Where we keep our balance by walking. And we also try to keep our balance by running.

This also falls under balance. There is also reactive balance. For example, if we are standing and suddenly someone pushes us from behind, then we can no longer keep our body balance. Due to which we fall. Therefore, to keep our reactive balance, we cannot be pushed by someone else.

Task 2: You have to share a cause that lead to balance and coordination impairment. You can also share your history too if your suffer from any injury recently that is present with symptom of impairment of balance and coordination.

If the house is not in order, many times we get injuries in the body. I got such an injury a few days ago. Suddenly I was walking in the house and fell on the floor. Due to the fall, I got a severe head injury. And for a long time I have been shaking my head. Also, I keep shaking my head unsteadily. Due to which I feel a lot of pain.

Then I saw a doctor. After going to the doctor, I am much better now after listening to his advice. But I need to rest to get better. According to the symptoms here, it is understood that my head is indicating my balance.

Due to which this happened to me. When I got injured in the head, I could not keep my body balance properly due to dizziness. When I suddenly went into the sun, there was a possibility of falling due to dizziness. But gradually it resolved.

Task 3: It would be better if you treat the patient by performing above given physiotherapy management, share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment. (Try to use 2 methods).

I have shared pictures and videos below about the things we discussed above. Actually, balance is very important for our body. Just as we can stand in one place, the only way we can walk is to keep our balance. Here I first walked face to face. And I kept my body in place. Then the second time I walked from one side to the other. Even then I was able to keep my balance.

Then I tried to keep my balance by raising one leg up and putting both hands in front. And I did that. Actually, if we do this occasionally, our body's balance can be kept right. And it is beneficial for the body. Such exercises are very important for increasing the stability and mobility of the body.
