Fishing with a spear

I have loved fishing since I was a child. I especially like catching tilapia fish with a spear. I went to the pond to fish. The joy of sitting by the pond with a spear in my hand on a hot sunny day is truly a unique experience. The chirping of insects is all around, the bright sun is playing on the leaves of the trees, and occasionally a light breeze hits my face. Even though the sun is very bright overhead, the anticipation and excitement of fishing makes me forget everything in that heat. The pond is quiet and silent, only the play of small waves on the water is visible. You have to sit quietly after casting the spear, so as not to scare the fish underwater with any sound. Sometimes the fish jumps into the water and sinks again, seeing that scene gives me new hope that maybe this time the fish will be caught with the spear. Hundreds of people sit with such hope. I also felt the same way at the moment of fishing.

When the thread in your hand suddenly shakes a little, a wave of joy fills your heart. Then it seems that the fish has pulled the bait. That moment of patiently pulling is the most exciting. Whether small or large, the joy of catching a fish is different. Even if you sweat in the heat of the sun, when you catch a sparkling fish on the tip of the spear, that hard work feels worthwhile in the moment. If you fish with friends or family, the joy increases even more. There is laughter and jokes about who will catch the fish first, whose fish will be bigger. Even if the fish never catches, the peaceful experience of sitting, the proximity of nature and the silent beauty of the pond fills your mind. Ignoring the heat of the sun, this moment of fishing is like a piece of rural life's dream. It is not just fishing, but a wonderful experience of patience, joy and proximity to nature. And these are seen more in rural areas. Where we live, the joy of this kind of fishing is much greater.
