Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject Desserts From Grain". I really like this kind of food. Here I have looked at the second recipe to make the recipe. I have made semolina halwa. I like this recipe a lot. Especially everyone from young to old likes this recipe a lot. Ingredients
• semolina
• sugar
• Walnut
• Orange food colour
• salt
• oil
• Cardamom powder
Details :
First I put a pan on the stove. Then I added some oil to it. Then I added semolina to it.
Then I added a little sugar to it. I added some cardamom powder. I stirred it for a while and left it.
Then I added a little water to it. Then I added a few drops of orange food coloring to the water.
Then I shake it well. I mix them well. When it dries, I take it off the stove.
Then I took the chopped almonds in a bowl. Then I poured this mixture over it and smoothed it out well. Then I molded it out. Then I cut it into pieces and served it.
